Yesterday, I went in to get my frame fixed on one of my tare artwork that I had for a long time. I thought, I had to go on and drop off the piece and put it up another day;but that was not the case. Not only I did not have to wait, it took 10 minutes and he put a more secure hanger so it the frame would not break again!!! I have other artworks that need to be framed so I will be taking them to Fast Frames. Thanks for the great customer service and professionalism.
