Friendly and efficient service & good quality fasteners

I'm standing in the line . There's a guy infront of me and he had to leave to draw money and the cashier tells me to wait till the guy comes back from drawing hes money . My order had been standing on the rack behind the counter and the cashier knew that . All i had to do was pay . It's been half an hour and I was still waiting. Unprofessional . Very disappointing . So much good reviews . I'm sure next time I make a big purchase things will be in order .

Nobody answers the phone here, pointless adding a number when nobody answers, totally useless
