Love the customer service I love the styles of clothing

All the thots come here, the security guard is like a hawk must be a ton of people stealing items. They do have some cute clothes but most of them aren't my size thats left.

They do not let you shop in peace, the security always hovering around you smh who wants to steak from Fashion Q

This place does not even deserve a 1 star. The asian lady working there has the worst attitude. I tried to do an exchange within the 14 days as per store policy and she right away gave me attitude and found something wrong with my exchange and put an excuse that the blouse was suppodely damaged. I simply walked out and ended up with no exchange.
I believe as a consumer you deserve fair treatment and a good customer service. I will never shop here again nor recommend anyone going here.

today was a completely disgusting and vile experience in this store, location in Sherman Oaks

The clothes and accessories that they sell in this place are very beautiful, very well arranged and they have one or another new garment, in general they always have what is fashionable and you can try on the clothes there, you pay cash or card, the workers always give you they will attend with tastes, very clean, tidy and quiet .........

The best place for my type of style. I love it. I try to go as much as possible when they get new inventory. People steal so of course security is strict. They arent fools.....

Not found of the security. He was rude to my kid. I believe he is the owner which is the worse part.

The girl I asked for assistance first was rude not professional at all. & I asked the second girl for some high waisted pants and she gave me a totally different style. This was the night shift by the way.

Returned 2 dresses within the 2 weeks and got store credit. Tried to use the store credit (at the same store I did the original transaction at) within the time limit and it said 0.00 balance. They didn t do the transaction right. Waited for over 15 minutes and was late for work and they still weren t able to help me or do anything about it. A waste of almost $60.00 and didn t get to keep the clothes I returned. A total scam, take your business elsewhere.

I being customer for 13 years and just becuas i did not what to take the temperature in my for head i was not allowed to go in the store so rude. I allways take my temperature in my hand any were I go. Evening wen i got my vaccine for Covid-19 they toke my temperature and my hand

Rude, very rude Asian lady. I dont know if she's the owner or manager, the rest of the ataff was friendly but this lady was more than very rude. Never going there again and im only putting 1 star because i have to not because its deserved.

I hate this store they accuse me of robbing and I was not even in the tape u can see that nothing was rob all the workers are stupid! An the security guy was all over me
