The flowers were as vibrant as the picture. The same day delivery order was a breeze. I ordered the flowers, a birthday balloon and an avocado plushie for my mom's birthday and they all arrived promptly and in order. For a last minute order, I am impressed with this same day delivery. Ordered this bouquet for my gal's Confirmation with request of a long message. Opted for self collection 2 days later. We are so pleasantly surprised to see the effort put in for such a pretty, tastefully arranged and well-wrapped bouquet. My gal was so touched, along with the note, nicely typewritten. I ve been purchasing from Far East Flora because of its timely delivery.
This will be my last purchase.. it has been a week and no response from their CS. It seems like their response in google reviews are more prompt for media purpose.
I received the preserved flowers and to my disappointment, the flowers are poorly arranged - clustered/squeezed in the middle which makes a $85 bouquet looks pathetic. A far cry from what the website shown. Will not recommend given the poor after service.
Hampers look nicer than all the other stores and they're also reasonably priced. Loved the organic baby hamper options and nice baskets.
First & Last purchase from here. Such big and reputable company but has such poor customer service and service recovery. Bought a bouquet of FRESH flowers, but staff has forgotten to put cotton pad with water at the bottom of the flowers. It is a common practice across all florist and such common sense as it will keep the flowers alive. Instead kept insisting that they did put the cotton pad. There is so many orders in a day, how are they so sure that they did? Flowers are with us and touching the base of the flowers, it was so obvious we are directly touching the stem of the flowers. Customer service staff even blame me for not checking the flowers before leaving. If the flowers are placed straight into the bag why would i go through the trouble to take it out to check when it is common sense for the cotton pad w water to be in the bouquet?
Bought the flower for my sister uni graduation. Such a joyous occasion however the flowers look SO SAD. They have offered for a 1 to 1 exchange of the flowers but why would we need the flowers after the occasion? or a merely 10% discount?
Even the market florist does a better job and it is so much cheaper and flowers are able to last 3-4 days. Whoever that is planning to get a flower, do yourself a favor and patronize other place.

I live in Toronto, Canada now but I always order flowers from Far East Flora for my mom in Singapore. There are so much selection and great prices. My mum loves them and they are always so beautiful. We are always very satisfied with what arrives at her front door. The flowers always brings a smile to my mum s face. Great customer service at well.

You may visit their site in person BUT just don't buy it from their website because what you receive will be totally different from the online picture. This is the flowers I ordered for 520 and just look at what we receive, all the edges decayed and appeared dark and the real thing definitely looks worse than what my photo showed here because of the room light.
Plus there is no after service at all. I sent them feedback and no response coming back.
Again, don't buy from them online. It will cost you a girlfriend!
