First & Last purchase from here. Such big and reputable company but has such poor customer service and service recovery. Bought a bouquet of FRESH flowers, but staff has forgotten to put cotton pad with water at the bottom of the flowers. It is a common practice across all florist and such common sense as it will keep the flowers alive. Instead kept insisting that they did put the cotton pad. There is so many orders in a day, how are they so sure that they did? Flowers are with us and touching the base of the flowers, it was so obvious we are directly touching the stem of the flowers. Customer service staff even blame me for not checking the flowers before leaving. If the flowers are placed straight into the bag why would i go through the trouble to take it out to check when it is common sense for the cotton pad w water to be in the bouquet?
Bought the flower for my sister uni graduation. Such a joyous occasion however the flowers look SO SAD. They have offered for a 1 to 1 exchange of the flowers but why would we need the flowers after the occasion? or a merely 10% discount?
Even the market florist does a better job and it is so much cheaper and flowers are able to last 3-4 days. Whoever that is planning to get a flower, do yourself a favor and patronize other place.
