Was in NOLA for a few days. Found this place. Great music!!
Music was great. The place could use a deep cleaning.
Oh it was AWESOME... and they have huge SCREENS to watch the game on! GREAT (AND LARGE) Drinks... and live music... it was off the chain!
Music is always amazing and the best so far as been a little band called Chicken on the Bone.
Cool place if you want to party. :) then again, maybe my impression is subjective because of the companions I was with when visiting
The Famous Door is a great bar to visit while in the French Quarter. The live music is always entertaining and there's usually a nice crowd.
It was ok, younger crowd and a live & entertaining dj or hype man.
Good live music with entertaining DJ during the break.
A bit of a meat market, though.
Quant, old bar, the music was GREAT, the bartender was very friendly and personable, we totally enjoyed every minute, drinks were good but a little high, but all the drinks on bourbon street was expensive. Went there two nights in a row, loved it.
Good live music, good variety of cold brews, good prices
Great rock cover band the night we went, drinks were not priced too bad. Bar was packed but you could still walk around.
Great cover band! Will play anything you request! Emcee Piper takes over and adds colorful bantor to his role. Drink prices are a little steep, but, you don't pay a cover charge. Makes it easier to get in. Restrooms are small, but attendants keep it clean and moving.
My favorite band and they play all kinds of music!! Great place to meet people!!
Very high priced drinks, and even more for credit card. Great band, good service.
The band quarter notes was awesome. But the black guy who sang karaoke was the bomb. He knows every rock, blues, country song you could think of. Really nice guy, enjoyed our conversation.
Great specials, Phenomenal bands, awesome atmosphere. 2 for 1 beers?! Sign me on up!
Ended up her two out of three nights in NOLA. AWESOME BANDS! Beer price is the same as any other on Bourbon Street.
Great place to start the night. The drinks were flowing and strong. The band was great .
Always a good rock band here. Highly recommended this is a must visit place on Bourbon Street.
Was there on a Friday night and loved the band!! They were absolutely fantastic. I think they were called The Junction. I don't visit bars much but I had a blast. Highly recommend visiting just to hear the band.
My favorite bar on Bourbon Street. Best local house band on the strip.
Awesome place to drop in for a while. Great cover bands, fun DJs between their breaks.
The band "Quarter Notes" were brilliant. Had a great night
The African American singer was honestly the best. His voice was so good, he was funny too telling jokes in between songs, they need more sitting chairs, the cocktails are good too. The main band wasn't too bad either they do alot of rock music
Always good to see great musicians play cover songs and get everyone having a good time.
Great live music and the hype man was hysterical after the band.
Always great live music. Definitely one our favorite places to visit in New Orleans.
Staff uses entrapment to make you buy drinks, and threatens law enforcement on rational, non violent customers. Whatever you do, don't let the heavy set black chick pour text tube sits down your throat. She acts like a patron, but she's on staff, trying to force you to buy drinks.
Great music and a whole lotta fun in this open air, no cover music house
First time here and my girlfriend and I had a blast!! Definitely stop in for love music and dancing!
Awesome live music venue and great variety of beer and drinks
You ever on bourbon street you have to go here, the live band is awesome the service was good and the atmosphere is just alive.
Best crowd pleasing top notch bands play here! It's small but awesome! Drinks are $$$$...$7.50 for a beer! But hey, it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.
It was definitely the only place still going strong at 4:00a on Friday night. The design of the bar was confusing. The bar was elevated and difficult to get to, which I can understand for a bar and grill but at 4:00a on a Friday night its essentially a club. There was a hype man for the pre programmed playlist and that was interesting. Sometimes he knew all the words, and sometimes he knew very few. None the less this was a great place to find a dance floor after staying out too late on a Friday.
Have been here several times on Saturday nights. Love love love the band! Always have a great time.
Ask for water and they give you a $3.25 bottled water and then you have a $60 tab for 4 drinks and water. And then when you ask for the manager as to why you got bottled water instead of a plastic cup of tap (which is obvious what you meant) he gets in your face and tells you that is what you ordered. Terrible management who is only looking out out for themselves. Crooks.
This is a must for any business travelers or tourists alike. They have amazing live music and the manager Victoria is a sweet and friendly employee who can fix any issue. I bring all my corporate guests here when I'm in town, you should too!
