Bands were great! Walk in with your own drink! I had a great time!

The band that played 80's & 90's muzac was ok. The lead singer a blonde gal got on top of the back bar singing, side stepping, and doing lunges all the while avoiding ever bottle of beer and glassware lol she gets a 10+ for that performance! My fav was the carwash guy that came on after the first band. He rapped over a bunch of old school hip hop hits. Had a fun time!

Excellent live music! I'm so glad we found this place on our first night in NOLA because we ended every night here. The live music was amazing and once the band finished the M.C. was hilarious and super entertaining. The energy in this bar was great every night, even on our last night, which was a Monday night. Drinks were good and the bartender was friendly. Will definitely be back next time I'm in New Orleans for sure.

It's a bar in Bourbon Street. Go in, have a drink, sing two songs, move to the next, repeat.

One of my favorite bars!!! The woman in the bathroom is a little mean.. and one of the waitress try to charge us stuff we didn t consume... but the place itself and the band that plays there is greaat

Enjoyed the evening at Famous Door. Quarter note was playing and we enjoyed their performance. The place really began hopping during the bands break. They had a man on stage who sang along with hits from Wild Cherry, Michael Jackson, Prince, and everyone's favorite, "Shout". It was a dancefest. Bathrooms were barely passible but it is Bourbon Street.

We always have a great time here year after year for the Saints games!! It is now a part of my tradition!! Always new friendly faces!!

One of the best music venues in the City, it is a New Orleans icon on Bourbon St. Drinks are a little expensive but then again it is Bourbon.

Great dancing, had some issues with a man and his friend following my friends. Talked with doorman and it got squashed quickly.

Love the music and the vibe at this bar and the security staff is top grade as well! I danced in the streets MANY nights outside Famous door as well inside the bar. I never danced unless I was dancing with someone cheek to cheek until I started dancing outside Famous door one night and I was addicted to dancing after that! I m no Jane Fonda but you couldn t tell me that when I cut lose and just let myself have fun there!

Who were the bands playing February 24th and 25th?? Came here two nights in a row and it was awesome!! Great atmosphere and the music was great!

Don t believe the 2-4-1 beers and cocktails, $16 for the worst drinks we ve ever had. Waitress didn t even know how to make a Cosmo. They are not $16 a piece in the high end bars in NOLA. I double checked and she confirmed. Drinks didn t even taste like they had alcohol in them. If you want a real deal, go to KingFish on Conti and Charters.

You can't beat the live music. Always great, never know who may be performing or who might walk up from the crow and join in with the group playing. Fun.

Good time started early stayed a few hours. Band was good. Had a blast watching people miss flights cause they danced to long... lol...

The best weekend nights band on Bourbon the lead guitar player is the most awesomest player I ever seen before and he also does a great performance ,why he's not in a top major band I don't know

The only water you can get is a small bottle for $3.25, even if you are spending $130 on beers and mixed drinks. Ridiculous! The band was great (and appropriately tipped), but the water and credit card charge policies are outrageous.

Good drink, interesting bar attendants, great live music! You gotta just see it to believe it!

Has been the best zombie so far. Cool location, good cocktails and music. I have not forgotten. Nice that you still exist. We came back in a little later because we had so much fun. I hope I can do that again.

Really enjoyed the 80s band they had playing. No cover and friendly staff. Shots were great!!

Fun place to get a drink on Bourbon. A bit pricey when they don't have drink specials, though.

There was one shot girl that would walk up to really intoxicated people and unexpectedly grab them and forcibly pour shots down their throats. Then, tell them they owed her money for the shots that they did not ask for. If they argued, she would get other employees to try and scare these poor tourist into paying.

Now, the music was pretty good. The girl singing and the guitarist were absolutely great.

This place will scam you out of money. Very dishonest. DO NOT take their shots that they come up and actually shove down your throat. Then want you to pay for them. Will never step in there again. I almost filed charges for assault on my daughter.

Sadly, I'm from San Diego, CA and this place does not come close to Mexican food that I'm accustomed too.
