Got me in quickly and my Therapist, Anita Jones has literally saved my life twice. They set appointments 4 weeks out and call or text you at least 2 days before the appointment to remind you. Payments are on a sliding scale so many desperate people get this therapy for free. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with these people! They are wonderful!

I'll admit in the past my therapist have seemed uncaring... but they are no longer there. Now I have the most caring and helpful therapist Tracy Abernathy. She is awesome! I can honestly say I couldn't imagine what I'd do without her. The arent any words to describe how professional, knowledgeable and most of all caring. She has never failed to bring me out of the darkness.

The front desk schedules you an appointment a month in advance and when the day comes for the appointment the counselor cancelled or someone deleted your appointment. They don't tell you anything. You find out the day you arrive. It is a continuous cycle. Very............. unreliable.

All victims are prioritized in order of severity. ...

All victims are prioritized in order of severity. Understood. However, the largest majority of DV victims will never get help. There is no preventative help. Zip. Zero. None. You won't qualify for help until it escalates to outright beatings or he is sexually abusing the kids. You can't even go to their support group until you have been pre-screened and pre-approved. And seeing the ONE person who does that is totally at HER convenience and discretion, not the victims. And if you work, then no help for you - they tell you to save money & get out. Easy for them to say, when he keeps you broke and he controls the money. Too many women end up dead, both at the hands of their abusers and taking their own lives because they can no longer live with the abuse and when they reach out for help - they can't get any. Actions speak louder than words - what they say on tv, website etc is far different from what they say to victims looking for guidance and help. And law enforcement dismisses everything as Domestic Disturbance - NOT Domestic Violence. The abusive men play Jekyll & Hyde and the male cops believe what they spew, because the good old boys club sticks together. No wonder Guilford County continues to rank #1-3 in NC for DV murders.

Court ordered thing starting at 7pm today. Signed up 6 weeks ago for an 8 week program (I was forced to wait for it to re-start). Told if I'm ONE minute late it's a no-go for 8 more weeks. AND there is no verification/contact beforehand once I sign up. After 6 weeks wait and 4 sleepless nights I call today, the day of, and my thing starts an hour earlier at 6pm. Really? Can they BE more unprofessional? Jeez man. Should have license/court privileges revoked for this kind of thing. People's lives are being harmed. If I could only give zero stars...
