Disappointed by this practice. Went for a routine physical in January as a new patient and ended up needing testing for something that came up. I was given an X-ray at the practice where they thought my kidney was in a weird location. I was sent for an ultrasound to check on it, but I didn t hear back about my results for weeks.

Finally after following up for a second time about 2 weeks after, I was told it was inconclusive and I should get a CT scan. Seemed a little aggressive for the situation, but once I saved up enough for the procedure I scheduled and went to the appointment. Results came back two days later along with the entire report. My Provider wrote a short statement saying it s not what we originally thought and nothing else. I read through the report on my own and there were several things I wanted to discuss about the report, especially since my issue still wasn t/isn t resolved.

I tried messaging my PA multiple times through the patient portal. She responded once more with a message to state we re pretty much done here, although my issue was still unresolved. I have tried to reply twice through the portal and have received no response.

Today, I decided to call for a follow up and was greeted by a nurse who told me that the only way I can talk to my provider if I make another appointment. She also stated she is the one handling patient portal messages so I d just be talking to her anyways.

This whole situation has been a massive waste of money with no resolution and has me still dealing with the original issue. I still question what they saw in the original X-ray. It really does seem like they are just wanting money at this point, and do not care about my care. I will be looking for a new PCP.

Dr. Kaundal is the absolute best. The front desk staff are not always the friendliest be Kaundal makes up for it.

Every time I come here the front desk staff is always so welcoming and friendly! I see Dr. Decker and he is awesome, he talks to me like a person unlike some other doctors that talk down to you. I no longer hate taking the time to go to the doctors office! I highly recommend Family Practice Associates!

My wife and I are blessed to have the services of Family Practice Associates. We have Dr Aaron Hartmann as our primary care physician and he is wonderful. Even better is his Nurse Practitioner, Rachel Martin and her nurse assistant Jennifer. We have never, in all our 75 years, had such awesome, loving medical care!
We usually see someone the same day we call, wait times are minimal, and communications are great. No one is rushed. It is like visiting family. We highly recommend this practice!!

My husband just waited and hour and 15 minutes PAST his appointment time for Dr. Decker, who then spent all of 5 minutes with him. Terrible customer service. Had my husband been 15 minutes late, we not only would have been charged, but likely not even seen. Absolutely ridiculous. Can't believe we have to pay for this appointment!

I found this practice when we moved to the area 2 years ago out of state. I was so happy with the practice and my provider (Dr. Lockard), I knew my husband would be too. Both of us have been patients now for two years and have never received the kind of care and attention that we do here. All of the staff we have come in contact with have been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We feel they go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and healthy. We are so grateful because we both know how bad it can be when you don't feel good and feel like no one listens, understands or cares. Thank you for continuing to hold your patients' needs in high regards!

Went in for a Covid test, doctor assured me the chest x-ray was part of the covid test... Was illegally charged for the covid test and told that's my problem. The office refuses to talk my issuance. BE CAREFUL THIS OFFICE WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR FEARS TO STREAL YOUR MONEY! I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO GO TO ANOTHER FACILITY!

My family and I have been with this practice for years and we have no intentions of leaving. All of the doctors and staff are very pleasant, informative and helpful. If you are looking for a new practice, try this one. The weekend hours and late week day hours are a great help as well due to personal and work schedules.

I have been a patient for years; however, recently, the service, communication and method of billing has diminished greatly.

Jodi Caddell and her nurse are amazing. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to see Jodi. She is beyond kind and knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients' health. Very responsive to any questions and refill inquiries as well.
