My husband just waited and hour and 15 minutes PAS...

My husband just waited and hour and 15 minutes PAST his appointment time for Dr. Decker, who then spent all of 5 minutes with him. Terrible customer service. Had my husband been 15 minutes late, we not only would have been charged, but likely not even seen. Absolutely ridiculous. Can't believe we have to pay for this appointment!
