Terrible. Having me on hold back to back, saying they ll call me for the appointment but haven t received anything, yet when I had called to see what had happened, they just end up being rude and say that I would have to call again the next day to schedule for an appointment ..already happened several times during the same week!

Avoid Avoid Avoid Worst call center I have every expirienced, miss-information each time you call in. Supervisor puts you on holds for hours and forgets. Impossible to book a appointment with Dr. or PCP.
This is the worst experience I ve ever had. They don t help you and don t care about you as a patient. I have been going in for months for the same problem and they refuse to help they won t even send in referrals. I hilt recommend going anywhere but here. The homeless men across the street could probably help me more than they can.
(6/11/21:) they re Refusing the Covid Testing AND same day appointments. They asked me what I was having for a symptom and I told them I just Have a Cough and Nose is Stuffy , they Instantly Refused me and ASSUMED I have Covid and when I asked to be Tested, they told me NO That I have to leave the premises. (I dont* have covid, I Can Taste, smell EVERYTHING it s just my Asthma Acting up and very congested)
(4 months ago:)Now it s even Harder to Talk to a representative On the phone. Your wait is Literally an Hr or longer that s if they Don t Hang Up on You On Purpose. You show Up and see SOOO many nurses Roaming around and Talkin that It just Seems Odd that No one wants to Speak On the phone with that Many employees doing Nothing.
Without working computers how can they do their job? My MRI was cancelled because of no access to a fax machine to fax over the order. I ve been waiting for my MRI and to get a call saying the order hadn t been faxed over is not ok. Unacceptable to say the least. Who is responsible for giving them the resources to operate a health center? You handicap them and the poor people get screwed over more. It s not fair to anyone. I see providing Family Health Center with adequate resources to service patients is definitely not a priority.
Horrible service! Every time you call you re on hold for 30 minutes +, assuming you don t get hung up on. If you have an appointment for 1 you may be seen by 1:30, if you re lucky. I ve been trying, since February, to get diagnosed (again) for ADD and my doctor literally could care less about my mental health; missed 3 tele-health calls and scheduled a walk in without letting me know. My prescriptions constantly get denied by them even though they ve prescribed them in the first place. It s like the people working here got their jobs through a town lottery; no actual job skills.
I was waiting for a patient and needed to use a restroom. The woman taking temps at the door told me I had to see security. Security was rude to me and had attitude. He even yelled at the woman taking temps. So unprofessional. He's lucky he has a security job. Real law enforcement wouldn't ever hire him. Avoid this place unless it's your only choice.
