(6/11/21:) they re Refusing the Covid Testing AND same day appointments. They asked me what I was having for a symptom and I told them I just Have a Cough and Nose is Stuffy , they Instantly Refused me and ASSUMED I have Covid and when I asked to be Tested, they told me NO That I have to leave the premises. (I dont* have covid, I Can Taste, smell EVERYTHING it s just my Asthma Acting up and very congested)

(4 months ago:)Now it s even Harder to Talk to a representative On the phone. Your wait is Literally an Hr or longer that s if they Don t Hang Up on You On Purpose.
You show Up and see SOOO many nurses Roaming around and Talkin that It just Seems Odd that No one wants to Speak On the phone with that Many employees doing Nothing.
