Very bad service we bought insurance for a reason and these guys don't care they just want to get rid of our claim, although its valid and there is proof.
Terrible company, not worth the paper its printed on, Tie up a claim in repeated paperwork, needing 15 forms, etc etc in attempt to make the customer just forget the hassle so they dont have to pay.. Or just sues them.. 3rd party Insurance is always a JOKE.
At some point, the government must step in and start indicting the heads of these corrupt insurance companies like Falvey. We had the most legitimate claim, paid almost $700 for the coverage and were denied, even with proof. Unfortunately, our client refuses to pay us and we cannot afford to take these crooks to court. Thank you Falvey for ruining a 10-year relationship and costing us over $4670.

Don't waste your money with these criminals. If you have to file a claim, it will NEVER get approved. We have proof from the carrier the damage was their fault and Falvey says if you don't like it, take us to court. Disgusting service!!!
The only positive reviews they have are from "local guides" basically, they pay for the reviews.
Absolute horror dealing with this company. Do not book insurance with them, they will never reimburse you. We filed a claim and sent all the photos and evidence. We followed all instructions and they just went cold. No response to any E mails sent to their claims department, support department, adjuster, or even to voicemails that we left them. Their last email 2 months ago said that a check was being mailed out. Did we ever receive it? Of course not. To make matters worse, even though we created an account and filed a claim on their website and received a confirmation email, we are now kicked out of their system and we cannot sign in online. It says out email does not exist!! We are speaking with an attorney on Monday.
We regularly ship volume gear without issues and have recently found that certain routes tend to damage shipments which are well received at other destinations, as was the case here. Damage to the shipment during transit was evident as can be seen in the pictures but the insurance claim was denied. Even after repeatedly pointing out mishandling on the part of the shipping company, they denied the claim. What's the use of getting insurance if they don't cover legitimate claims?
