Again fallsway and josh saved the day my hydraulic lift stopped working and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road one word excellent!!

I love this company. The guys there are so helpful, especially Matt U. Everytime I need something he knows what it is, usually before I do. The level of service I get is second to none. These guys are the best!

The company I work for uses them to rent equipment. They barely service the lift trucks. They have refused to show up when called. We had 2 times within the last month when they were in our building but didn't bother to check their work orders for trucks that weren't running. I've had to use trucks that had broken windows to the point that when shutting the door glass was flying into the truck. It was turned in repeatedly! The only way that got fixed was to go to my employers plant manager. I don't understand the 5 stars and neither does anyone else that works here.

We had some warranty service done with the great team at Fallsway. Devin, Joe and Dustin are the best! Highly recommend!

We purchased a pallet jack from Fallsway in April of 2019. When it malfunctioned in late May, they handled it like total champs. They brought us a replacement pallet jack within four hours of it malfunctioning. Thank you for the great service!
