The company I work for uses them to rent equipment...

The company I work for uses them to rent equipment. They barely service the lift trucks. They have refused to show up when called. We had 2 times within the last month when they were in our building but didn't bother to check their work orders for trucks that weren't running. I've had to use trucks that had broken windows to the point that when shutting the door glass was flying into the truck. It was turned in repeatedly! The only way that got fixed was to go to my employers plant manager. I don't understand the 5 stars and neither does anyone else that works here.
