Worst company in the world....... this is a company that does not know how to deal with costumer service I actually have them on recording saying one thing and doing another. They won't cover a defective tire that they assured me they would.......... I am going to show the public so everyone stays away from this company I will make sure I go to every forum with this cause when I say a bunch of liars who say one thing and act another this is completely rude and unprofessional they are liars!!!!!!!they were given photos showing all the tread I had left on my tire and now all of a sudden they see a scratch on my rim and blame that for my tire when you can clearly see it's a full defect..... I will leave you the public to see photos and leave it to the forums since us the people can destroy companies like this and not buy from them.

I m not gonna sugar cost this, they are only getting a second star because the tires look really nice. By the time I had the tires 6000 miles I found one had a defect. I contacted customer service, and was instructed to take the tire for an inspection. The place they instructed me to take it didn t actually inspect the tire, they immediately said it was my fault and that I was out of luck. I emailed my customer service rep back requesting a different service center. I got no reply, I waited a month and emailed again, no response. I contacted the main customer service email again, that was three weeks ago and I still have not received a reply. I have had my spare on my truck for five months and I finally had to bite the bullet and shell out almost as much for a single tire as I had previously paid for the set!

Lesson learned Falken, your customer service is miserable on it s best day. Buyer beware you ll get a nice looking tire, accompanied by a massive corporation that couldn t care less about taking care of you after the sale.

Have Purchased 2 separate sets of tires falken tires both of them the treads have peeled off almost causing me to lose my life and I can not get this company to replace my tires with other tires this has been going on for over 2 years now below are pictures these tires are unsafe

bought two falken 245-45-18z rated tires for my infiniti m35 my grouse is the first time buying and last of these tires . on the 95 doing 70 mph when the tire separated scared the hell out of me as the rear of the car started to slide into the next lane followed by uncontrolled vibration within the car. short of this is these tires being sold by your distributors are out dated and dangerous will never use falken tires or recommend them

Closed to Distributers only but was able to come out for a tour from a vendor.

Falken tires are very impressive with new technology on all tires and the off roading tires out perform most of the expensive name brands out.

The location is kept very clean and well organized and the staff is super friendly.

Highly recommend Falken tires.

Installed Falken Ziel tires on all 4 wheels (Infiniti G37x) on 2016-06-12 (94,000 mi) with 30,000 mi warranty. On 2017-06-26 (114,000 mi), tires are completely bald after only 20,000 mi. Called their warranty line to report the claim - guess what ... I was put on endless hold loop for more than 15 mins ... goodbye Falken!!
