I m not gonna sugar cost this, they are only getting a second star because the tires look really nice. By the time I had the tires 6000 miles I found one had a defect. I contacted customer service, and was instructed to take the tire for an inspection. The place they instructed me to take it didn t actually inspect the tire, they immediately said it was my fault and that I was out of luck. I emailed my customer service rep back requesting a different service center. I got no reply, I waited a month and emailed again, no response. I contacted the main customer service email again, that was three weeks ago and I still have not received a reply. I have had my spare on my truck for five months and I finally had to bite the bullet and shell out almost as much for a single tire as I had previously paid for the set!

Lesson learned Falken, your customer service is miserable on it s best day. Buyer beware you ll get a nice looking tire, accompanied by a massive corporation that couldn t care less about taking care of you after the sale.
