Extremely unorganized and unprofessional! Very rude, various miscommunication episodes, and the unit was infested with roaches!

Been renting for 10+ years! Amazing appliances and great quality house! Spacious living area and huge yard! Owners are super helpful and will do anything for you. They treat you like family and are willing to work with you.

The management at Falcon Property Management is first class in terms of service and their ability to resolve issues quickly. I have lived in several of their properties over the last 5 years and they have always taken great care of the property as well accommodating any requests that I may have. This company offers fair market value prices and treats their tenants like family.

One of the worst. My friend rented a property through Falcon, and it was in horrible shape. When she moved in, she quickly discovered that the house was infested with bed bugs and all kinds of other insects and pests. Windows and doors were not secure, and she was robbed while away from the home within a week of being there. The rent was extremely high for a house that was falling apart, not maintained, and in a horrible neighborhood. After a week, she went to return her key and get her deposit and pro rated rent back, the property managers did nothing to compensate her, and basically said sorry about your luck. These people are thieves.

Been with them for over 2 years never had any issues and they are a great family run office with reasonably priced properties all over Jax.

This management company manages the 916 & 924 Childrens way complex. The owner Mike and Kathy Cordel are money hungry and very unfair. They charged me cleaning fees that were unreasonable and unfair. In addition they had the nerve to charge me a fee for light and water in association with the clean up. I would never recommend this landlord or management company to anyone.

I was in a bind and needed a place to stay and fast. Winship got me into a place within just a few days. Any issue I had was fixed the same day or next. Great family owned and operated business. They treat you like one of their own. I could not more highly recommend Falcon Property Management. Amazing landlords and honest and trustworthy people.

Management did an incredible job and always addressed any questions I had in a timely manner.

I called inquiring about 11488 Cypress Bend Ct and the man that was advised being the property manager was so rude. I can see why this company has horrible ratings, they are not friendly. I would be surprised if this home ever gets rented with the attitude he has. This employee practically did not even care that I was interested. I live in the same neighborhood, selling my current home, I have 835 credit score and been at the same career 13 years. I can pretty much be approved to live anywhere I want to live. I asked did they have anything else and he said no. Didn t even want or try to help.

THE RESPONSE BELOW IS NOT TRUE!! You were rude before you ever mentioned pets, I think you assumed I had pets coming because you heard barking. You were never friendly from the beginning of the call.. you Definitely should pick a career that does not involve people, it seems like you aren t a very friendly person
