Great motor and very sophisticated. Excellent for staying dry on the way to work and getting a work out on the way back

Very cool electric hub replacements for non-electric bikes. You just replace the front or rear wheel, add a battery and controller and you're off to the races. I get around 6 hours of runtime with the large battery, and traveling at ~20mph cruise speed have a range of ~90 miles in pedal assist mode in mountainous Montana.

I only gave it 4/5 stars as they don't offer a non-bluetooth controller option. The bluetooth controller is flaky at best when it works, and requires a separate charger/battery. They really should also offer a fully wired solution, so it can't be hacked. It would be much simpler and easier to maintain a wired controller too.

I would love to review my purchase. However the order placed in August of 2020 has not yet arrived. I sent an email to Falco in December of 2020. Still no response. My 2,600.00 plus purchase was on my credit card the end of August. No communication is awful.

I am pleased with my Falco eMotor system. Falco has been good to work with me on any issues I have. My only complaint is when I order a part. I have been told that it is being shipped out and it has not. When I try to check on the status I don t get a call back like I am told I would. I am presently waiting on a part I ordered almost 5 months ago. I wished Falco would be more up front with me on when I could expect to receive an order. That being said, Falco s eMotor system has been a very good reliable system for me.

I ordered an electric wheel from Falco and had a few hiccups but Rakesh and his team provided great service to fix everything.

We have Falco e-Drive on our recumbent tandem. Plenty of power and battery life. We have had it for two years with no trouble. We use a smart phone to control it as the Falco wireless controller is not very good.

I have a very early production motor. I put it on a cargo bike. Our family has several different e-bikes due to the hills in our area. With Falco, I got great service and prompt online help with technical questions. What I can add is that this system in particular has amazing torque. I should add that I love it when I have to go grocery shopping, because it is a chance to get out of the house on my e-cargo bike. Also, I notice zero cogging as well.

We are avid tandem cyclists who somehow aged to 86 and 73. We still love to take 40-60 mile rides but our times have been inexplicably getting slower and slower. We installed a Falco wheel and my 86 year old stoker husband has transformed himself into his much younger body. Magic! Thank u Falco. We even have a set of airline approved small batteries to take the tandem on the plane.

My husband and I bought two Falco wheels to put on our Rans Stratus XP s. We have greatly enjoyed them. We like using the phone app as it works well. When we had questions or concerns they were immediately addressed. They are a good company to deal with..

Unlike any other e system we have used in 15 years.With us aboard, our tandem is over 1/5 of a ton.
It took us across New Zealand, Croatia, France, and Italy so far.
We also like that the company is small enough to provide support.
Best parts are that it's simple -non geared, and works with blue tooth from our phone!
