Beautiful place with a very courteous staff. Have been visiting this place since alot of years and have never seen any change in any of the services.5 star in every sense.

Had a delightful birthday and mother's day weekend as a special treat from my darling hubby. The hotel grounds and view of Mt Kenya is breath taking. The cabins are very cosy and the service is great. It was fun getting lost in the maze

Good for a full day out even if your not staying in the hotel , has a lot of activities there, you have to spend at least 2000 kenya shilling. But best of all is the animal rescue in the grounds of the hotel good hands on With the animals

It is a calm, beautiful and wonderful place. The scenery is just breath taking. The all round view amazing; mostly the mount Kenya view. It has beautiful gardens and woodlands. It has the most wonderful and welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean with 5 star amenities. And of you happen to love game you can get to visit the animal orphanage, or take a trip to sweet waters. They have this camp, with bush meat and a wonderful camp fire. And in case you feel like having a serious adventure you can visit the Samburu game reserve. It is the place to be any day and time. Don't miss out, take a chance and run with it. While at it don't get lost in the maze.

Fabulous property with an amazing view. Great service by the staff. The cottages open up to a beautiful lawn and mount Kenya views. If u wish to visit sweet waters conservatory it s about a 20 minute drive. The animal orphanage at the Property is a must visit to see the endangered African bongos and other animals.

Beautiful! Wild birds and monkey roam around the resort and the staff is wonderful!

Great destination hotel. Enjoyed hotel's own wildlife conservancy on horseback. You can play par three nine hole golf course and encounter some wild life too.

Superb heritage resort on equator and foothill of mount kenya.....one nigjt is not enough...you should have proper planning for leisure,relaxation,enumerable sports activity.

Up market hotel with lovely grounds and views of Mount Kenya.
The animal orphanage is well worth a visit and they are doing a fantastic job with an active breeding program of the endangered mountain bongo.

Great place, lots to do there, they have expansive and well kept grounds. The rooms are well spread out so guests are not tripping over each other, and the service is good.

Food is extremely disappointing. No a la carte menu so have to survive on their extremely boring buffet or a fake a LA carte where they serve you what's on the buffet.
The beauty, ambiance and service are 5 star and the food is at best 2 stars hence the 3 star rating.

Ps: Nanyuki town has great restaurants don't get bogged down with the hotel food. Go to town and have a foodgarsmic culinary experience.

It was a humongous property with a lots of activities to do. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Facilities were good. Except for the food buffet which could have been a little better.

Want to take a break from the daily safaris in your trip and simply sit back and enjoy nature? This is the place. It's absolutely beautifully maintained with all kind of facilities which are in perfect working condition!
And if you are to visit the place on a non cloudy day, you might even get to see mount Kenya while drinking your hot coffee.

Excellent location with amazing views of Mt. Kenya...worst service ever!!!My friends and i went for sun downers and ordered from the starters menu, took an hour and when the food arrived it was cold. They charge an awful lot for their food and drinks but dont deliver on the service and qulity

The hotel was great, clean and the staff were welcoming and professional.

My room had a large space, and it was very clean and with great view as you can see, it had wood fireplace that would be enough in the first hours of your sleep but then you have to fire it again or the room will get colder.

I saw some animals (Monkeys, peacocks, dogs) during my stay, it was so enjoying, maybe you could find more in your stay.

The conference room was equipped and enough for business meetings.

The breakfast was fresh and energetic.

Ideal place for safari, beautiful orphanage, you'll love everything you see

Excellent cottages, you get a nice clear view of Mt Kenya if you wake up early enough, peacocks are right outside your verandah or on the rooftop basking, the lawns are very well maintained and so are the rooms. If you can afford the snacks and edibles placed in the rooms by all means go ahead cause it will be charged to your final room bill. It's around 100k a night but pretty worth it.

The place has a beautiful view for Mt. Kenya. It is very quiet and a good place to go for holiday.

Very nice African cuisine. The staff very friendly. Access to animal orphanage and the peacocks. Serene and the temperatures vary from cool to very cold in the evening. Perfect get away. Horse riding available.

Est place to ever spend a vacation. Great environment. Serenity is there. Mt Kenya is nearby for adventures etc. You will not regret this choice.

I did not know the hotel became one of Accor group hotels. Nice resort hotel.

The views were so amazing , the staff were so polite and helpful , the rooms were so clean and organized , the food was magnificent, they made our experience the best the service was top notch !

Extremely expensive for the quality of foo and service.... The pizzas were awful to say the least.... Once green and lush lawns are now dry and barren!!
