An incredible place, the boat ride through the mangrove is very nice, you can ride a bicycle, widely recommended.

We loved staying at the Fairmont. The staff is wonderful and we loved the many pools, restaurants, and beach access. It was fun riding the bicycles and golf carts. The food was great. Our only problem was we booked a 4 hour trip to a zip line/cenote and it ended up being almost 8 hours. We missed a dinner with family and had children on the trip that we didn t have food for because we weren t planning on being there so long. Otherwise, we had a great time!

The only thing that was worth the visit are the rooms, everything else (I talk about attention, food, reception, beaches, restaurants and the staff in general is decadent, lousy service, taking hours to attend you in the food at Dinner in breakfast, the beach full of sargassum, nobody attends you, what you pay does not correspond to what they give you in standard of services (they say they are a 5 diamond and more it seems a 4 min stars at most), well I even got the Raw meat, very disappointed to pay almost $ 17000 pesos for 2 nights was a great rip off.

I do not recommend them it is not worth it at all it is a total robbery.

Whenever I've picked up guests from the Fairmont it is always a pleasure to welcome very satisfied and relaxed people. My guests are always very pleased and keep talking about the hospitality and the good food of the hotel.
I am only getting to see the lobby and the employees working there, but consider it worth to mention, that they are very kind and always helpful.

Words can t explain what a great experience I had during my stay in the beginning of April . The icing on the cake was the butler Jorge Rios such pleasantly GREAT service !! . I have told and will continue to refer my friends and family to request Jorge Rios.

I have been in very good hotels and this hotel could qualify as mediocre since it is very expensive compared to many other hotels the prices of this hotel are very high and in reality it is not worth it since there are not many activities and the restaurants are very limited in saucer the only point that could be in favor is that the beach is beautiful but the service is not the best

The resort is set in a lush tropical area with access to a nice beach. The service is excellent and the rooms are very nice. There is a river that runs through the resort and there are mangrove trees lining it

We just landed in Lax and I couldn't wait to write a review. The service and the food were exceptional,truly a 5 star experience. We did the all inclusive package. I am not a fan of all inclusives as I always find the food and drink quality very poor but Fairmony Mayakoba exceded all our expectations. We had dinner at the 3 restaurants they had and the food was great in all. We had lunch mainly in Las Brisas and we stuffed ourselves with oysters and coconut water. Everyone was friendly and smiley all the time. Drinks were great too.We had pool side snacks and we cannot complain about a thing.Though we do not have kids and this is the family hotel of the Mayakoba family, we never felt stressed out or out of place because the resort is huge and we all had our space. We are lready planning to go back with our family next year.

Absolutely wonderful resort! We went with our 8 month old and it was perfect never having to leave the property! Our rate included breakfast and it was the best breakfast buffet I ve ever had at a hotel - absolutely delicious!

A spectacular hotel, with a wide beach and extremely comfortable rooms. The facilities are the best, there is very little variety in restaurants, and when you want to order something should check if they have that dish, for a hotel in that category should not happen.
