Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel Review

This is where others come to learn about customer service. The staff and management are absolutely incredible when it comes to making you feel at home. Thank you guys for another fantastic stay.

Excellent food at the restaurant. A little pricey but worth it.

Beautiful and majestic hotel. The bold, elegant architecture is only outdone by the mountains surrounding the valley. Which I think is exactly what the designers and founders of this spectacular and historical monument intended. This hotel is a must see whether you are a guest or not. Worth the walk up the street from the free parking options. Valet is available for guests of the spa or hotel. The spa is certainly one of the best in class worldwide.

HORRIFIC SERVICE from booking to checking in to booking things at Fairmont. No follow up that costs an hour of sleep for a party of 4. Customer service is no where on par with the cost of stay. Don't do it.

What can I say about Fairmont Banff Springs except that it's my 2nd home . Came here 2 years ago for honeymoon and again this January for anniversary for 8 days each time and it was incredible both times . Best hotel experience we've ever had . Guest services are very helpful and friendly. Private concierge were extremely helpful ( I forget their names .
A girl with glasses and I believe the gentleman's name was Jason). The restaurants are all amazing. The Chop steakhouse was so so good with amazing cocktails and incredible food quality-porterhouse is worth every penny ). Loved the rundle lounge . Visited it at least twice a day for cocktails and small plates and snacks . Amazing cocktails and the bartender is able to make whatever you desire or tweak recipes to your preferences. Snacks constantly refreshed . The room service, the turn down service..everything amazing ! Anything we needed was available to us . Our room wasnt small at all as some said but it depends on where in hotel you stay. We payed more for a suite that was larger and had more perks . The hotel always smells amazing and is super clean. Heated outdoor pool is perfect. The gym is surprisingly great size for a hotel and has everything you need. Yes it's a pricier stay than at most but you get what you pay for and feel like royalty here . Just amazing in all aspects.

We went up in this place for the view and they actually had croquet which was fun. We played it in till we got bored which was 5 minutes and then we ended up sewing a couple of pieces of wood add another piece of wood. Supposedly it was an old-fashioned Canadian game but we had no idea so we left. It's a beautiful place though

All I can say is this was stunning. If you can go do not pass it by. The view is stellar and the people and service are amazing.

Just a swimming pool with hot water. To many people for a small place. Jasper hotsprings in my opinion is better.

Fantastic views, historic building, and top drawer service. I have visited for years on business and personal, find it consistent. Good choice in options for food and drink.

Great food at the waldhaus, try the beer flights. As a caution, don't get the turret room if you plan on doing some drinking

The gem of the Rockies! Wonderful location, history and staff! The view is second too none. The spa is a must! I will be back!
