More of a 4 star hotel when comparing them to other 5 star hotels in UAE. A bit outdated. Beach and pool are alright. Overall good value for the price.

The place is hardly acceptable for a 5 star hotel. The main reason why I gave them 2 star is because the room was very smelly, specially the closest that I couldn't put my cloths in. When asked why, they told me its because the room wasnt used for a while, which is really not an acceptable reason. I had to buy mattress perfume to accept the smell (no windows available to recirculate the air). The food from room service was very expensive (100 Dhs for a chicken burger with fries) and it has no taste somehow. The car valet, these guys has no experience for a 5star hotel, they smash the doors, try to manually close the trunk even that it has an automatic button, even after given instruction to do so.

Spent my honeymoon here. They are royal, professional and very welcoming. The location is good and the food variety is satisfying. However, they have an issue in the housekeeping. They never answer the phone. Everytime I had to call 4 times amd then call the operator.

I don't recommend this hotel. If you stay one hour more, it will be charged in you. But if you reach in time, they want you to wait. What happened to me is the room was not ready till 2 hours later, and they want me to wait. And when I talk to the receptionist, they told me they can't do anything. And if I stay more, they will charge me. One of the worst Customer Service I ever saw.

The view from all around the hotel was spectacular.
The lobby was very fabulously decorated with various ornaments, furniture, paintings and other furnishings.

Amazing property with an amazing view on the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The rooms are very spacious. I really advise to upgrade to get club access, really worth it. I have stayed in many 5* properties in Abu Dhabi, and I would say this one is one of my favourite together with Shangri-la. The staff is incredibly well trained to very high standards, compared to other hotels in the city.

A downside concerning the reception which does not make much organization effort and which could be much more pleasant.

The beach is small but maintained and close to the hotel. The rooms are clean and functional. The hotel is quiet and well located. We had an amazing view of the Grand Zayed Mosque which I highly recommend visiting. A shuttle is made available by the hotel during the day to get to nearby points of interest: the great mosque, various shopping centers and amusement parks. However, you must provide local currency for taxi returns (only the outward journey is provided by the shuttle).

Really good atmosphere and outdoor seating, probably better during the day or sunset. Attentive service, good variety in the menu and very good food! The mix grill for 2 was a bit small for us but we really enjoyed it. Warm fresh flat bread was very nice also. I would suggest going for a series of starters and sharing plates. You can view the Great Mosque if you sit at the end of the outside area. They gave a complimentary dessert for a birthday on our table, a very nice gesture. Deals on Groupon (Jan-2021).

Great hotel with outstanding view. However, a 5-star hotel without Spa is not ideal for a luxury hotel

The hotel is wonderful in every sense of the word, and most importantly, very calm

It has two beauty salons and a store to sell memories, as well as a chapel for women and men, and there is a coffee shop in the lobby, very nice
The hotel I highly recommend it for recreation, but the room s cleanliness is flawed, as we had breakfast in the room and asked to clean up afterwards, but the cleaning was superficial, as there are food remnants on the ground. The washroom has a problem with wiring, I hope in the future to consider these matters

My first time there and my last time ever coming to this hotel. There were stains all over the floor and with different colors, i dont know how do they sanitize the rooms if they couldn't take care of there carpets. It was so bad that I couldn't stay in the room for 5 minutes. Last time ever what a bad experience id rate it zero but the guy on the counter was nice and trying his best but still I left mad to another nearby hotel wich is 10 times better in all aspects.

First, the room was booked with an Attouni king bed
Secondly, the room is poorly lit, the furniture is very worn out, and the bed is sounding on the day you sleep
The door to block clothes is a mess and the sofa is like the picture is stain and I asked for room cleaning service, Mayion.
Of course, the service is very bad. You will be answered, but it does not save you anything. Of course, I used the facilities because they are the same thing
