Watch out! Internet is chargeable !!

Negatives:
1- Worst Mattresses & Cushions ever! getting comfortable nights in this hotel was a real challenge for me & my family. Hotel must hire a professional sleeper.
2- AC is horrible! Whether it is ON mode or OFF mode, it is too cold. Getting sick is a high likelihood.

3- slow response from operator and reception

4- sofa in the room is uncomfortable at all.

A real very nice and luxurious hotel. Private beach is phenomenal, pool area is large and well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is very good, but not cheap. The rooms are also in the standard category very large, housekeeping staff totally friendly. We recommend!!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days at the end of October and it deserved 4 out of 5 stars.

The pool and the beach are great, but there are too few umbrellas for the many loungers
Beach. The lifeguards were very courteous, regardless of whether they were opening the umbrella or removing jellyfish from the water.

Half board is really great, as you can eat in one of the restaurants in the evening for a budget of 180 AED, but without drinks, which are very expensive here. AED 20 for a can of Pepsi, or approximately AED 25 for 0.75 liters of mineral water.
The breakfast was very good, everyone will find something here. Fresh omelets or Egg Benedikt are freshly prepared on request.
The buffet for dinner was always very tasty.

The rooms are great, especially those with a view of the mosque. Unfortunately, you can't open the windows and there are no balconies, which makes the rooms smell a bit musty.
We haven't looked through the room service yet, sometimes it comes, sometimes it doesn't, every now and then we had 5 towels in the room, there were two of us, on another day there were none;)

However, you notice when the hotel is almost fully booked, there is a lot of hustle and bustle at breakfast, sometimes you have to wait a little longer for a seat, and there is also a lot going on at the buffet in the evening.

Great was the shuttle that ran twice
Day 4 goes to different locations, you only have to organize the return trip yourself.

All in all, it was great here, we would recommend it.

I reserved a table in the restaurant for iftar and the person who answered me laughed and said she forgot!!!!

I asked for sohor and 3 times called to check where it is and one who answered me said sorry what was ur order, u said u ordered right so what was it ... he trying to make me feel like I'm a lair.

Everything was so perfect. Excellent location of the hotel. Very welcoming and friendly front office staffs. Covid precautions are highly implemented. The cleanliness of the rooms are so impressive. The rooms are big and spacious and it is very comfortable. The fantastic view of the grand mosque , the pool and as well as the beach (which I loved the most). When it comes to the food,there are so many restaurants to choose from. The breakfast has a very great selection. All the staffs are very accommodating and attentive. The over all service is superb. I would also like to extend my upmost gratitude to Miss Juvy Pabalete (Manager of Housekeeping Department) for being so accommodating and helpful in everything. I had so much fun and it is highly satisfactory. Will surely come back here and recommend this place to my family and friends!

Very beautiful hotel in Abu Dhabi with views of the mosque. I lived here with my husband and left a deep impression on me. Good restaurant and good location in Abu Dhabi.

Review for the Friday brunch that takes place with the participation of all the hotel restaurants with 6 or 7 live cooking stations. In my opinion, one of the best in Abu Dhabi. Live music and buffets that, without exaggerating, will be at least 250m long. Excellent choice of ... everything. Absolutely to try. Low prices when you consider the quality and breadth of choice. About 280AED including access to the beach and the pool (temperatures permitting!)

Fantastic hotel, with an excellent service, with a huge rooms and bathrooms. It has a breathtaking view on a Abu Dhabi Mosque. YES ! YES! YES!
The bar area outside is very cosy. Variety choice of shish-a. Place where you always want to get back.

The hotel management needs to spend more efforts to insure protection against the spread of Covid 19 and cleanliness , we went during weekend and the reception was crowded ,front office team is taking long time to complete Check in process , room was not clean and we had to request for amenities which were missing , could not see any sign of sanitization for the room before we go inside the room , also we found small cockroach on the wall

It's a fabulous experience. You enter this place and get soaked into the middle eastern flavours of oud and hospitality. They have a wonderful italian restaurant which serves authentic food. It's a fabulous view as well. And the most amazing thing is that they have a Mercedes parked inside the hotel. U have to visit to experience that.

Always look over the place, celebrated my birthday last year here. The weather was pleasent and the ambiance was marvellous.

This is the worst stay in my life. The hotel beach is good but the staff are horrible, they are very rude and if you need to get intouch with the reception it takes hours for them to reply to you, we asked them to fix the toilet flush and went out and we came back to find it broken and leaking water they came at 2 am to fix it while we were sleeping, today we went out to the beach area no umbrellas and the sun is 45c and the guy there answers me in a very bad way what can I do we don't have umbrellas!!!! This is the worst experience I ever had, one lady was running after me for bringing my breakfast that I got from the hotel to the beach area, saying you cannot take food from outside to the beach area.... it felt like I was doing a sin!!!! No thank you and I Don t recommend that you waste your money and get insulted too!!!

Overrated place , Noise on the glass every morning , asked customer service to change the room they don t even call back to find a solution.
Cleaning service is horrible and you need to complain to get the normal service.
Parking also bad you need to find slot to use or just park your car in the hotel entrance.
Really can t be 5 stars hotel.
