Friday brunch Buffet variety is super extensive from sushi, seafood, mexican, asian, grilled meat, sweets and fruits...highly recommended. There was live music - pop songs and later on live arabic music. Manager Elias and his team were super accomodating with out bachelorette party, being flexible to every request we had. Thank you, I will visit again.

Everything was a perfect stay for me. The room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing as well , Me & my friends enjoyed our stay ,the staff were helpful and welcoming, Overall, excellent service, great food and excellent hospitality by staffs at the hotel, right from the housekeeping, front desk, restaurants, room service, pool staff and and great staycation!

A beautiful hotel with a great view of the Great Mosque. The hotel has a swimming pool with bar and children's area and a beach. Pool and beach with plenty of sun loungers. Food very good. I had the opportunity to be on the 7th floor, with access to the club, where meals, snacks, sweets and drinks were served. Everything beautifully prepared and served. Helpful service - if, for example, I needed an AA battery, they reported it to me immediately. The drawback is little light in the room - it's hard to read in the evening. On the last day of the stay, ants appeared in the room. The service offered to change the room for another one, but I did not use it. I wonder if they got rid of these ants.
When I have the opportunity, I will come back for sure.

One of the best hotels in that area; competent prices; easy to reach; shuttle buses in different times to the main features of Abu Dhabi; I would generally give the cleaning services 5 starts as well as the food quality at the main restaurant.

The place is decent, supposedly a 5 star hotel. I had couple of comments on the cleanliness and the food ( I got an upgrade ).
Very reasonable prices though.

Awesome service, as usual. We got to enjoy the facilities more this time, including the gym. With this nice weather, lounging by the beach all day and feasting on real good food, we didn t want to leave! We hope to be back again soon.

We had been to Cafe Sushi. We liked everything about the place the sitting arrangements, safety measures, food undoubtedly. Special thanks to all Heartists with special thanks to Christiana who served us and especially made my daughter feel at ease. Well done and keep it up. Will come back again

A nice hotel with a beautiful area. Everything was very clean. Right on the beach. The water looks clean, but there is a refinery nearby and I would not recommend swimming in the sea. I have a room with the sea view and you can watch beautiful sunsets. The food (half board) very good and tasteful. Staff very friendly.

Atmosphere was really amazing, but food overpriced and tasteless.

There is a long queue in front of the reception no matter when you arrive ... One receptionist usually serves all visitors, so there is always a line. Although the hotel knows that there is a line, they do not send in a hurry another receptionist to serve the guests . The wifi speed is very slow, less than two megabits per second, which is unacceptable in a five-star hotel (in the middle of desert we get higher speed than this) ... also the lighting inside the rooms is very poor .. the room is dark and depressing. Overall in my opinion the hotel is 4 stars not a 5 stars as they claim.

Update : after two days when checking out the hotel managers approached me and he/she explained the situation and promised to resolve any problems i have faced. They were kind and brought some gifts to my 2 years old daughter. The long queue no longer exists as the manager stated and i witnessed that during my stay there.
The lights in the room will be fixed permanently as the hotel will do major decoration changes in the beginning of 2021.
And the wifi speed is on the hotel list to improve it.
Thank you managers for giving me their business card in case I need any help with future booking.

Hotel is good, quit big, very busy. Rooms r very spacious and simple. Shower room is nice, joint with bath and rain shower on side. Only if I could have more light in evening, as we r with children and dark room is not convenient for us. But, when I mentioned that at reception we had extra lights within an hour. Excellent service. We got checked in during some events, so access to beach wasn't easy. Other days I believe it's more convenient. And yet great view of grand Mosque.

Nice place to stay. Beautiful private beach overlooking the famous Shaikh Zayed Mosque. Staff is very polite and always willing to help you but never ask for an extra pillow ( you know what I mean), you will not get that here. Open air bar located over the ramp at the beach will win your heart. However, what you will miss here is night club/disc.

Absolutely amazing place. Very big and comfy rooms, super clean and excellent amenities. The staff is extraordinary - super friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to some of the best tourist attractions. Best breakfast buffet I have ever tasted. Great pool and beach area. I can highly recommend this top notch hotel.

This is an excellent hotel worthy of the five star rating. Staff second to none always attentive could not do enough for you. Only had breakfast but the selection was superb and well prepared.

A five star hotel for a reason. Get an water view hotel if you can - it's floor to ceiling glass creates a gorgeous view of the water, the beach, the palm trees, and the Grand Mosque. We left our room three times and each time it was touched up. We were stunned by the level of service. Fruit, treats, and water brought in for us, the bed made for nighttime. The pool was perfect and hardly anyone in it around sunset. If you're splurging to stay here, just know that it is rather expensive and that you will either have to also splurge to foot the bill for your meals within the hotel or catch a cab to a nearby restaurant or mall for food. Two coffee's in the hotel lobby were $25 CAD. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our experience here and would love to live the high roller life and return again!
PS - they also rent out jet skis, speed boats, water hoverboards, and more.

"Why are you going back" is the general question I get asked about my trips to Abu Dhabi. Why wouldn't you revisit a place with great weather, a great hotel with fantastic service? The Fairmount is consistently good, from the choice of rooms, facilities, food etc. you know exactly what you are getting which is comforting when you are spending two weeks away from home. Having travelled extensively over the past 10 years, Abu Dhabi is head and shoulder above the standard of many other holiday destinations and the Fairmount Bab Al Bahr is a diamond. The hotel itself is consistently exceeding its high standards and consistently evolving, which is evident in the five years we have been returning, what makes this place really special is the friendly and approachable staff. From Management, beach staff, front of house (Irina), housekeeping and all of the restaurant teams, every member of staff takes time to make you feel welcome and part of the Fairmount family. Whilst everyone is entitled to their own opinion based on experience, I have always had the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays at this hotel which is why we continue to return to the UK and immediately plan our next stay (sometimes before we have even left). I have stayed in rooms from the 5 to 9 floor, all of which are spacious, well equipped, comfortable and cleaned on a daily basis or indeed at your convenience/request. Thank you to Kushpal, Elias , Lidwin and Herbert, the food in Cuiscene is some of the best in Abu Dhabi, the choice and quality is amasing, Thank you to Geoffrey, Yoonus, Isru, Becky, Ashwin, Ralph, Chamal, Dominic, Joseph at poolside and a special thank you to Suraj who became my husband s verbal sparring partmer of a variety of subjects during my swimming lessons with Rohail. In Chameleon, Arif has a great team, Ronnie is an excellent addition and rises to a cocktail challenge every time. Frankies and MPW are both excellent restaurants in their own right, where Sheldon and Falzoon ensure the service is prompt and the food and wine is really something every visitor/guest should experience. This hotel is centrally located for both Yas Island and the city centre therefore it makes a great base for site seeing, business stays or just lazing by the pool and enjoying the never ending blue sky, cant wait to go back next year.

Come. Here. For. Brunch. As someone from the USA I have never experienced such a brunch experience. There is every food you can imagine. The price is pretty reasonable considering you enjoy a luxurious afternoon eating and drinking. We were able to sit outside and enjoy it with beautiful setting. Not sure how comfortable that is at other times in the year. And get a raspberry mojito.

The Fairmont experience is always delightful. Between the bridges pioneers your sight to pleasant views all around. Amenities are huge in number such as a Michelin 3* restaurant by Marco Pierre White. A cozy sushi and steak house eateries and bar. Pool access, gym and private beach are at play. Men's an ladies salons are at your disposal all accompanied by amazing service provided by the friendly staff. Overall quite a pleasant stay.

We had a dinner at Sushi Bar, its a one of our favourite places. Waitress Nikol special thanks for an excellent service.

Mr Roy Gonzales in house keeping is very nice and kind and make very good towel art and also showed to my kids how this art can be done.
