Excellent place to spend your time with the family. We visited the beach club many times and received an amazing service from the staff, in particular I would like to say huge thank you to Vishnu, Maria and Jose. They have been super attentive and polite. Would recommend this place to all my friends and my colleagues
Great experience staying at this hotel. We were there for the Wta 500 tennis event and the staff did a great job in keeping everyone safe. The buffet was great as well. Will definitely return here in the future.

Amazing hotel with 5 stars facilities and service all across the board. Decoration and attention to detail are the highlight. For a getaway vacation or a family trip it's a great choice. Location is amazing with fantastic views of the Grand Mosque. Overall a fantastic experience ! I also recommend going to the restaurants even if not staying at the hotel.

The Fairmont is a great spot. Stayed here last year and everything was amazing (Room, brunch, food, breakfast, service etc.).
Today I bought the couples' pool and beach access. The beach and pool are lovely and we enjoyed two salads as the voucher can be used towards food.
We ordered a beer and a coffee. I asked for a latte to be iced and they charged me 40dirham for it. This price was not on the menu and waiter said it's the same price as a mocktail. I don't mind paying the money, but 40 Dirham for a coffee is scandalous, especially whens it is 28 for a coffee on the menu. I enjoyed the whole day, as matter of principle, it does leave a bitter taste in your mouth.

Very good. Stayed 2 or 3 times. Friendly staff and service. Prices average for the area. The Executive upgrade was slightly disappointing in that the breakfast is small and the afternoon tea never changes and gets a bit monotonous if you stay for 5 + days (plus the afternoon sandwiches are quite unappealing). The hotel allows guests to reserve sunbeds for hours, sometimes for 6 or 7 hours, so that is rather annoying when at times most of the beds are reserved and unoccipied and you cannot find a bed. Cleaning and condition of the hotel are excellent. Would recommend.

We spent a couple of days in Fairmont and I must say that our stay was excellent. The room felt surprisingly comfortable and clean. The staffs are very accommodating as well. They also followed the safety protocols, everything was sanitized. We'll definitely come back.
Honestly I don t usually write reviews, but after the experience we had I had to. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel and will never stay in it again. We always come to Abu Dhabi for staycations and have stayed in many hotels and wanted to try Fairmont this time. It most certainly was the wrong decision. Firstly, After driving 3 hours to reach the hotel, we waited over an hour for our room although the check in was supposedly open. After making a complaint we were given an upgrade and after arriving in the room it was filthy and not clean. The service was terrible and we waited for over 45 mins for an additional bed whilst we were falling asleep as we were extremely tired. The breakfast was cold and not tasty and housekeeping and other services were extremely slow. I asked to speak with the general manager and he was unavailable to talk. Overall a very bad experience and will not stay in this hotel again.
Furnishing or furniture consumed and old and some lighting does not work well in the room
I went for a corporate iftaar party in the ballroom. The food quality+spread and the table service was excellent as always.

It has lost some of the Fairmont sparkle merely because most people in management don't listen attentively. The few like Vicky who supervises the Cuisine restaurant do listen and anticipate the customer's needs and wants without hesitation or delay. Hopefully things will be back on track and running smoothly soon without guest having to offer suggestions and solutions to make our stay more comfortable

Hmmm that's what what I call hotel. When you get to Abu Dhabi. You should lodge here, the food, the reception is okay. If you misplaced anything it's been tagged missing and it will be returned if you can provide identification to the item. Nice place to stay and the view is magnificent

We really enjoyed our stay here the hotel is very beautiful and located on the beach which only makes it better. The swimming pool is as beautiful as the pictures and that little pool side bar makes very good drinks and food. However i wouldn't recommend buying the breakfast. We were disappointed with it especially after our experience in fairmont Istanbul ( where they serve really good breakfast but the hotel was nothing compared the one in Abu Dhabi ). Most of the the things present at the morning buffet didn't taste good and the only thing that was good was the eggs hut.
I don't recommend booking the jet ski from the hotel either because the experience was terrible!
