The men and women of the institution are loaded with impeccable professionalism of their own work endeavors, a place were you are away from home but feels at home..

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Well-kept complex. Beach very nice, water clean. Good location. For 50AED each time and e.g. also reach Yas Waterworld by taxi. In the evening it is essential to walk along the beach promenade, there is a beautiful view and a souk with various restaurants is also on the way.
Breakfast buffet is fully sufficient, if you can't find anything here, you can't help it.
Various water MiX drinks (no syrup or anything like that, but fresh fruit) are provided free of charge by the pool all day, always fresh!
All in all, a super relaxing stay. Nice people.

All thanks and appreciation for the elegant dealings for years, and I have been visiting the Fairmont Hotel when I come to the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Awful experience, to the extend that it's hard to believe this is possible in UAE where the service is excellent. Hotel doesn't have any resemblance with renowned 5 star chain of Fairmont hotels. I planned a wedding there for my client on February 18, and we received many complains from the wedding hosts as well as guests not to mention our own complains. Very rude, inattentive and unprofessional banqueting staff. The cake wasn't cut, the lawn wasn't clean and had plastic bottles and papers allover, the waiters were coming to the dj and asking to stop the music at 9 pm, while the contract was until 11pm, banqueting staff started to remove the tables while the guests were still eating the dinner, we all felt like we are receiving favour from them. The good points is the view from the lawn and food was quiet good. However think twice if you want to host event there.

Service and hospitality was good, Rim was very professional for the checkin and out as well.

Top hotel. Very quiet and great location. View of the mosque opposite. Very pleasant service and also in the Ramadan time. Room and bathroom were very well equipped and super clean. It felt like home. The fitness area was good and even as a woman it was no problem to train in the "Herrensport" rooms, because there is a box room and on the treadmills you have a sensational view outside. One does not have the view in the women's area, since the disks are dense. Definitely we will come again.

Everything perfect. Hotel is nice and the front desk capable and prompt. Room was big as well as the bathroom. Special remark to my bookkeeper who made me smile (see pic). The beach is great and it is worthy at least a walk there. I just had breakfast and dinner... covid rules followed and food of good quality and variety. Ask for odd numbers so you can have a great view... mine unfortunately was even, parking lot view: I need to come back and get a view :)

very friendly service, big rooms, big pool, great location for trips to Yas Island or the big mosque. Fits very well with children too. Charles in the breakfast restaurant is again special thanks for his extremely helpful nature.

Five star treatment and accommodations. Every member of the staff - housekeeping, guest services, restaurant were top notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not too happy about Facility management. Quite inconvenient for in-house guests to access beach side.
Looking good room, but not practical. The shower booth has no place to put shower items.
Creek view is breathtaking, but there is a ugly roof around 2nd floor ruining it.
All the staffs are kind and nice.
Giving 2 stars for this price and 5 stars hotel.

Very elegant and with various selections of restaurants

a smaller hotel (for the relations in Abu Dhabi) with best service. The view from the terrace to the Sheik al Zayed Mosque is unique.

Only visited Bridges bar for a few hours. But from what I did see, the hotel is very well laid out, clean and staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Good job.

Stayed there as a part of my work. Stay was pleasant and Hotel's great with private beaches and several dining options. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. About food, We were on a preset menu which was not good and repetitive. Apart from that place is good.

Maison Beirut restaurant is 5 stars restaurant. We had lunch outdoor. Everything was outstanding: the view, the food and the super friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel and great location but I didn't like the hotel lobby

After the things what happen to me, issues I faced in this hotel, the manager from front office called, her name Farida. She was sorry and try to made my stay better, she was so kind and really care about guests feelings! Then she surprised me by booking a dinner at hotel restaurant for us, where was amazing stuff and kitchen with a great taste of all the food. Our table was full, we was shocked from how she organized our evening. Thanks to her, she like a manager very professional and make me even shy how all stuff was care about our stay after her. She really made my day and change my opinion of this stay. Thank you so much, this hotel very lucky to have Farida, I m impressed

Valet, Johnson and Micheal who took care of my baby R8.

Nice Bahr Great Fairmont The Best Bathroom in the Country

We have been at the Fairnont in Abu Dhabi since September 28, 2018. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The staff for the rooms is super friendly and fulfill all requests. This applies to room services in the morning and in the evening. Therefor 5 stars.
You cannot complain about breakfast or dinner (half board). Friendly, friendly and friendly again. The breakfast buffet offers pretty much everything you can think of. Likewise the buffet in the evening. It is also varied. All the waitresses are really great, Mr. Vishal Mahat was very accommodating. Also here 5 stars.
At the beach bar, even the most impossible drink requests are met. Dominic knows everyone. 5 Stars.
I almost forgot the beach. Loungers, towels, drinking water with apple, lemon or peppermint are freely available. Problems with a parasol, no problem, someone from the staff sees that and is available for help immediately. Top, top, top, also here 5 stars.
