It has lost some of the Fairmont sparkle merely because most people in management don't listen attentively. The few like Vicky who supervises the Cuisine restaurant do listen and anticipate the customer's needs and wants without hesitation or delay. Hopefully things will be back on track and running smoothly soon without guest having to offer suggestions and solutions to make our stay more comfortable
