I called Lana last minute for floral decor regarding a wedding/ dinner. I didn't get to meet Lana but I described what I wanted on the phone desperate for someone to come through last minute. I had to fully trust her out of desperation. When I saw the flowers, it's as if I had been planning with her for months and she definitely came through. I am so happy I trusted her without even meeting her or even seeing a picture of what she had in mind. Everyone at the dinner table kept telling me how elegant the dinner is while looking at the flower arrangements.

Lana and her team hand crafted the arrangements, bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding and they were FABULOUS! It was exactly what I had spoken about with Lana in the pre-planning meetings. The perfect mix of flowers, orchids with just enough greenery to bring it altogether. I was thrilled when I saw the ballroom during the sneak peak while it was being set up; and even happier when I saw it all lit up at night with candles. Seeing my bouquet for the first time was also so exciting, as Lana didn't forget my Chanel ribbon on the handle; a little detail that I really wanted to include. Lana will not disappoint and will bring your vision to life for your big day.

Lana at Fairbanks florist is truly the best! Last Saturday, August 1st, I had my daughter s bridal shower at the Alfond Inn in Winter Park. She wanted a tropical theme so I sent Lana some example pictures and she put together an inspiration board that was so beautiful! I knew then that she was going to do a wonderful job. Everyone of the guests at the shower said how beautiful the tablescape and the flowers were. They were excited that they got to take one of the arrangements home with them! Lana was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to doing business with her in the future.

Lana with Fairbanks Florist was a pleasure to work with. Lana was so sweet from the very beginning, and seemed so excited to work with me. At our initial meeting, we discussed my vision of the wedding day. I was adamant about staying within our floral budget and Lana did a good job with delivering. She even suggested that we repurpose the flowers from the chuppah to some of the table centerpieces to stay within budget. It was evident she cared about what was important to me.

About 2 months before the wedding, she put together a sample centerpiece to ensure that my vision was portrayed correctly. After seeing the sample, she could tell that I wanted to make some changes, and she did not hesitate to make everything right. You could tell that Lana truly wanted to make me happy and did not take anything personally when we made adjustments to the floral arrangement. Lana redid the sample centerpiece, and WOW, she nailed it!

On the wedding day, Lana literally brought me to tears when I first saw my bouquet. I had never seen such a beautiful bouquet filled with orchids. The chuppah arrangement was a show stopper and was the perfect addition to our ceremony. She truly made my vision come to life. Lana is definitely the floral queen!

To say that Lana and her team are good at what they do is an understatement. I met with Lana right after I got engaged and we discussed my vision for my wedding flowers and decor. I showed her some pictures of what I liked, and she took that and ran with it. As she showed me her ideas of what to do for our wedding, I instantly knew that I could trust her taste. Flowers were the most important part of the wedding for my mom, so it was worth the money to pay for beautiful decor and flowers. Lana was easy to get in touch with, and the flowers all arrived to the church on time on the day of the wedding. Our reception venue was pretty to begin with, but Lana made it even more beautiful and elegant. We got so many compliments! She also provided the fresh flowers for our wedding cake, and they were perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend speaking with Lana if you need a florist!

Fairbanks Florist just did the flowers for my daughter's wedding. They were beautiful. Exactly what she wanted and more. The arrangement outside of Dubsdread was perfect. The arrangements then went inside and were enchanting around the sweetheart table. Fresh flowers on the cake, perfection. Bridesmaids and bride bouquets great. Highly recommend.

Waited a month and a half for a proposal for wedding florals, and it never came. Find a florist who actually wants to work with you. It s a shame. Lana was knowledgeable and friendly, but didn t deliver when she said she was going to.

I cannot speak highly enough of the lovely people here, their creativity and commitment to customer service. I wanted to send an arrangement as memorial to the widower and daughter of a family friend who work in the same office as one another and with people who were decades long friends with the lady who passed. However, I wanted something different: I wanted an arrangement that really said "joy" and a very personal joy about her. I asked if they could "go crazy" and add musical notes, Christmas ornaments, party hats, plastic animals and other things that would be tokens of her hobbies and interests. There was a pause and then an enthusiastic yes from Santinas. The arrangement was incredible: Dr. Suess met Mary Poppins and they decorated flowers with a purpose.
