The team at Fair Employment Agency has been amazing! They have answered every single one of our (many) questions and helped us navigate the very detailed process. The ethical approach that they take is EXACTLY what's needed. We only wish that everyone would follow these processes. The fees were all clearly articulated and (in my opinion) very reasonable. A special shout out to Grace who has helped us a number of times over the last two years and to Jeanie who's reviewed some recent documents.

Very slow in responding to emails, I have to rearrange the interview times myself! Referred three candidates, two were no shows and one provided a dodgy reference letter. I gave my feedback after the one interview and haven't heard back since...very disappointed with the level of service.

I highly recommend FEA. Grace Cheng, who worked with us from the agency, was so knowledgeable, kind, professional and worked so hard to match us with great potential domestic helpers. This is my first time working with an agency and was blown away by FEA. Thank you!

Great service and very knowledgeable. I selected and interviewed my own helper and only used FEA to assist in completing the application and Visa process. The folks are professionals and do care for both the employers and FDH. Highly recommend!

Can't recommend this agency enough. We first used them to find a helper for our place on Lantau Island, and though they weren't able to place anyone for us in the end (due to where we live), they were professional, quick, and seemed to treat helpers really fairly. Then we found a helper and organised a direct hire through them, and we have been most impressed with how responsive Sharon and her colleagues were, plus how they view the helpers as their equals, and not beneath them. It really greatly inspired us and encouraged us in the long process of sorting out our helper's visa, to know that these guys are doing a huge amount of good, and doing it really well too! It's was my first time getting a helper and I didn't know the what the process was. FAE has been fantastic in providing me all the information and support around the processing of the application.

The process in re-hiring my previous helper through Jasmine Lam in FEA was most smooth and satisfactory. Jasmine kept me updated throughout the process with excellent communication. She was patient and polite. The fees charged was clear and fair. I have no hesitation to recommend FEA to my friends .
