I purchased my car here. I've been doing all my service here. 73,000 on my Chevy and all has been fantastic.

What a wonderful commitment the staff at Bob Clapper provides. Recently purchased a used SUV and had an issue not covered under any warranty about 2 months later. Jason at Clapper help and worked with us. The guys fixed the issue with no charge not even a service fee. I would highly recommend purchasing and maintaining your vehicles with this company. Great experience from top to bottom.

Nice people, but they dont really go over anything with me. Prolly because everything was fine, but what should I be doing to up keep my vehicle. When should I be back for this or that. They got me in and did and oil change and a wash.

Scheduling was easy. In and out in under an hour on basic service. Price is neutral, but I know it s GM service on a GM product.

I have new Equinox air con went out. Parts are back ordered. So can't be repaired at this point. Told me I could come and pick up car and use it at least till get parts. The guy working with in repair area wasn't even there when came to pick it up. Not real pleased.
