Great staff they work very hard to get you in the right apartment that you can afford.

They don't even deserve one star. Worst company on the planet. Not easy at all to work with. Had to get my lawyers involved everytime for every single LITTLE non issue . Would not recommend them at all! God bless them though!

I live in the Village at 30 Pines and absolutely love it. Meredith the property manager and Dan the maintenance guy are phenomenal They are super responsive and the property is kept clean and in very good shape. It is a great place to live.

They take care of our lot rent payments and have messed up our account and so many others.. Went through a wrongful eviction we won and they still are harrasing us and causing issues... They "missed" placed $1500 of payments and then did the same to $3400 that we paid They are always rude they dont communicate never show proof or get there facts straight. The one girl dawn was fired after we won our lawsuit agains hodges and now hodges and the development we live in is retaliating against us.
