I'd like to thank the general manager and a bouncer called Bailey for helping me take care of my friend Leon on a Monday night, I understand it's not what they want to do on a Monday night and my friend was nowhere near their club so they clearly went above and beyond to make sure my friend got home safe, all I can say is thank you.

I am a teen and it is a good place to see some good bands and singers, and I like to go with my friends mostly to meet and greets, the pieces are quite low and it is good but you cant always get non alcoholic drinks

The club itself is great, I have had many nights there where i have thoroughly enjoyed myself. Its a shame about the situation with the bouncers this weekend gone. I'm glad to see that all involved will be fired though regardless of the outcome from the police investigation.
Please don't blame the venue for the acts of the bouncers.
If you want to complain log it with the security contractor Professional Security or leave them a review..?

Despite the video of the Bouncers this club is an amazing club to go to. The Staff and management have always been super helpful. I lost my phone a few months back and managed to get it back! There's a comment on here mentioning the drinks and I'm unsure how staff can be deceitful of this when they pour the drinks right in front of your eyes. Me and my friends love this club and will continue to go.:)

I m a regular at Factory and have to say my experience has improved so much ever since they brought the Redcoat bouncers in. Good music and good vibes. The other week I wasn t well and had to leave early but the bouncer (the younger one) gave me a bottle of water and helped me order a taxi home, felt so safe x

I ve been here a number of times and I often see the bouncers get attacked a lot of get some sort of abuse! They have always been brilliant with me and treated other with good respect, they ve helped everyone out as much as possible. Especially the younger lads, I think they re called Basi and Marlow? Could be wrong.

We went on a Monday night and it was really fun. Upstairs and downstairs had quite different vibes going on which was nice. The toilet area downstairs was gross and could be really improved.
