About Face it together
Face it Together: A Circle of Support for Addiction Recovery
Addiction is a disease that affects millions of people worldwide. It can be a difficult and lonely journey to recovery, but with the right support system, it is possible to overcome addiction and lead a fulfilling life. Face it Together is an organization that provides peer coaching services to individuals struggling with addiction.
At Face it Together, we believe that addiction should be treated as a disease rather than a moral failing. Our approach focuses on forming a circle of support around our clients, providing them with the tools they need to achieve measurable outcomes in their recovery journey.
Our peer coaches are individuals who have gone through their own struggles with addiction and have come out on the other side. They understand firsthand what our clients are going through and can provide them with empathy, guidance, and accountability.
We offer weekly coaching sessions where our clients work one-on-one with their coach to set goals and develop strategies for achieving them. Our coaches use evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help our clients overcome obstacles in their recovery journey.
In addition to individual coaching sessions, we also offer group support meetings where clients can connect with others who are going through similar experiences. These meetings provide an opportunity for clients to share their stories, receive feedback from others in the group, and build meaningful relationships that can last beyond the program.
At Face it Together, we understand that every individual's journey towards recovery is unique. That's why we tailor our services to meet each client's specific needs. Whether you're just starting your recovery journey or have been sober for years but need additional support, we're here for you every step of the way.
Our program has been proven effective in helping individuals achieve long-term sobriety. In fact, 80% of our clients report being sober six months after completing our program – compared to just 30% who attempt sobriety without any form of treatment or support.
If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction, don't wait any longer – reach out today! Our team at Face it Together is ready to help you take control of your life and achieve lasting sobriety.
