Great company to work with! Always professional on the phone and in the showrooms. I ve visited a few around the country and I always find the staff knowledgeable and pleasant.

Ginger, the UPS Coordinator and her boss, Laura, BOLD FACE LIED to me. After my shipment was 36 hours late, they totally lied when I asked them if the shipment had been made, they kept saying the label had been generated and the shipment had left the house. After obtaining forensic detail from UPS, we discovered our shipment was still on the Fabricut/Trend loading dock. Their dead ancestors must be so proud that their kin not only lied, but deceived me for the second time and left me out in the cold - a hair-line from not even being able to implement my plan B. Shame on me - isn't that how the old saying goes? There has to be another place in the world that has at least as good a fabric selection as Fabricut/Trend. I'll be damn sure to make sure neither the companies I represent nor I EVER purchase from them ever again.

This place sucks worst place i have ever heard of they take your money and dont send you what you have orderd

Called to ask about boat upholstery and they lady was rude. I said "do you all have any vinyl that can be used for boat seats" and she said "I don't know". Really seems simple to me.

It is an absolute pleasure working with this company and the showroom. Shipping is prompt and if I am in a pinch and need to pick up my fabric quickly they come through for me.

Was hired to clean the building and was refused to get paid for my work and calling has just led to dead end phone calls
