Ginger, the UPS Coordinator and her boss, Laura, BOLD FACE LIED to me. After my shipment was 36 hours late, they totally lied when I asked them if the shipment had been made, they kept saying the label had been generated and the shipment had left the house. After obtaining forensic detail from UPS, we discovered our shipment was still on the Fabricut/Trend loading dock. Their dead ancestors must be so proud that their kin not only lied, but deceived me for the second time and left me out in the cold - a hair-line from not even being able to implement my plan B. Shame on me - isn't that how the old saying goes? There has to be another place in the world that has at least as good a fabric selection as Fabricut/Trend. I'll be damn sure to make sure neither the companies I represent nor I EVER purchase from them ever again.
