The one and only reason I do not give 5 stars is due to commercial practices that I absolutely do not adhere to.

Indeed, a house claiming a high-end image must ensure a high-end relationship also to customers who spend, I recall, about 3000 for a dress! We are not talking about a baguette but a dress.

Once again, thankfully Charlotte is very professional and above all very present and invested. I allow myself to have real doubt about the delivery and rendering of my dress if it had not been so responsive. (Finishing last minute while I had said that for my last fitting I had to leave with the dress since I had a plane to take - not living in Paris!)

In short, these are details that I would forget because in the end I left with a dress corresponding to my expectations in all respects

On the other hand, require that the last payment is made imperatively by CB While all others have always been paid on time, at each deadline, by bank transfer I find this really very average and leaves a bitter taste of lack of confidence to its customers (we are talking about 250 when we have already paid more than 2000 without any problem) ... it should really pay attention to these points!

Very disappointing experience. I was in a room that smelled of cats and humidity.
The dresses for the fittings are yellowed and blackened, dirty and with traces of foundation ... The excuse being "they have been tried on all season", with other designers they are clean even at the end of the season .
Not at all up to the value for money. The saleswoman is nice but that is not enough to match the service of Marie Laporte, Elise Hameau or Laure de Sagazan ...

I was very disappointed with my visit to the Paris showroom. In 40 min I had finished my fittings without any advice from the seller on the morphology or the materials. The sellers in ready to wear have more interest for the customers than in this showroom.

The quality is not there either and the outfits tried were not frankly clean.
It clearly does not make you want to spend a substantial amount on such a product and for support close to 0.

1st delivery 3 beautiful chocolate stains on my dress and a dress that does not close at all (and I have not changed my wardrobe between taking measurements and delivery). So I am told that the dress must go to the laundry and all the bottom is to redo ...
2nd delivery (13 days before the wedding) finally the dress has been completely redone but this time it is the top that does not go at all .... The model maker is outdated and must send photos to Paris to find out what's wrong .... A priori the cache heart was stitched upside down .... After 3 attempts to resume the dress it still does not go and the model maker must take the train to Paris ... Under the pressure of marriage that arrives and after hearing phrases from the mouth of the CEO on Paris such as "if you are not happy we will refund your advance and you take your dress elsewhere" (13 days of the wedding and July 30 knowing that the most dress stores close in August) I leave with my frankly disappointed dress (no discount was given me) what the modelist notices when she gives me the dress hoping "still receive photos ".
I decide to go consult a seamstress who understands at first glance that the dress is not sufficiently adjusted on the small hips and I have a length under arm 2cm longer on one side than the other. .. She also notes that the retouching was really sloppy (surplus of fabrics not removed, ...) I warn the store, no proposal to resume the dress from them. My witnesses then send an email with many more violins and get me a new appointment.
3rd delivery (one week before the wedding): at the beginning, the store offered me to make alterations in Paris after photos and to deliver me 3 days before the wedding in Lyon ... Do not see very well how it is possible to correctly resume a dress from photos and saw the repeated failures of the delivery to Lyon I propose to move to Paris. Upon our request, the store agrees to reimburse our travel expenses in Paris (but nothing more). I send all the scanned documents. The use of the tax scale for the reimbursement of mileage allowances (I did not take the train to transport my dress!) Will be refused because "I am not an employee" ... The customers then go after .. ..

In short pay that price to have all this stress is not worth it! The commercial contact (the co leader on Paris) does not hesitate to lie by phone (appointment not noted, staff who must be exclusively at your disposal and who has 2 other customers to manage, ...), a quote for a veil asked 3 times before receiving it, and a confession "we are not near a customer" ....

A beautiful dress that pleased me, my husband and my guests but ... a disappointing customer relationship management compared to the image of the house that we see on social networks. Here is a summary of the points that made me think that the customer relationship is not serious enough in this house and that business remains the major part for them (besides the dress must be paid for 3/4 from second technical fitting ...):
- first technical fitting that starts with 1:00 late, the pattern used to start the dress is not good, the saleswoman is doing his best to undo the seams and take over me the dress but the fitting ends because one hour standing without moving I end up feeling unwell.
- new technical fitting (1bis) I call the seat 1 hour before my appointment to know if there is a delay to avoid waiting for nothing my parents and witness, I am assured that there will be no a minute late. result 1h10 late, an appointment was slipped between mine and the previous, a priori this was known when I called 1h before my appointment but hey we are at their disposal, better wait for the customer rather than the shop. Good news the dress was redone with the good boss this time.
- second technical fitting: work on the cleavage in particular, the saleswoman tells us that it is better not to dig too much first time left to make a last change to the next technical fitting.
- third technical fitting, I indicate that I wish that the neckline is a little more dug, I warn the seat two days after fitting this modification that I want, I am told that it is not sure that it is feasible but they will do their utmost. 15 days later and 3 days before my dress rendering I am told that this change can not be made. I explain to the contact that the saleswoman told me that it was possible, I am told that she can not have told me that, that somehow I lie what is not very intelligent. my witness and my parents remembered very well this information from the saleswoman. Then I am told that the problem comes from the fact that you have to disassemble the top of the dress to make this change and that if the lace is torn, I would be given a custom dress torn because "Mademoiselle we have returned other than yours and we will not be able to redo your dress because other dresses must be delivered "... One explains to me also that the principle of a made-to-measure dress is not really to have exactly the modifications that the we wish with the desired rendering ... I did not understand this point the
- fourth technical day of final delivery of the dress, the neckline was lowered by a few millimeters, certainly but the management of exchanges with the headquarters are struggling to pass. The length of dress does not go, the left side must be cut as 2 cm longer than the one on the right. The last payment of some hundred euros must be done by credit card "in case the check is not cashable and the person who does not solvent", the loop is closed, real problem of trust in this company, business is business .

In fine, the dress is really very beautiful clearly I like it a lot, the lace is very fine, by cons the human part on the making and the relationship with the manufacturer is still disappointing, at the price of the custom, we expects and we hope for special attention and support.

I could read below that the director of the brand indicates that the fabrics come from the largest French and Italian houses unfortunately it is not at all the impression that we had during the fitting of the prototypes. Exposed seams, little care brought so a model had fingerprints and foundation stains ... This is not dreaming ..
In addition we were very surprised by the size of the prototypes only small 36 so my sister who made a 38 could not close any dress during the tests and the saleswoman invited us to project by clumsily adding pieces of tissue ... Exercise difficult to do so as we have not encountered this problem in any other sign. The saleswoman told us that the models were designed for young women fine ... I did not know that a 38 meant to be big! In addition, the saleswoman has systematically forgotten to put a liner to my sister during fittings she found each time the breasts in the air out of the booth .. I had the great pleasure of making my wedding dress with the house Fabienne Alagama and I wish to share my wonderful experience and especially to restore some truths about this house and his team. So I chose a Fabienne Alagama dress after, like many, have made fittings in the main creators. Difficult by nature, I did not necessarily have an immediate crush because I wanted a unique dress, MIENNE. Charlotte offered me to mix several models and make some changes until my choice becomes obvious.
