Where do I even begin? They are rude, they lie, they will garnish your paycheck and not even notify you until after it happens. I had to reach out one of their partners of the firm to even get a copy of my paperwork. If you can avoid these crooked ppl, i suggest you do

This company is an absolute joke just let me pay my debt off without having to be on hold for 30 plus mins every time. I work 56 hours a week and I am off on only the hours they are closed as well as my account i have payed over 600 dollars to somehow disappeared but yet I still have a debt how do you people expect a payment when i have to wait on hold for 1 hour and your online payment doesnt work. In done. I'm not payong you crooks untill i have payment in full because i am done with this joke of a debt collection agency!

On several occasions, the customer service personnel have been rude. You have to drill them for them to give you details on your account/ balance information and etc. Very poor and rude customer service. Wouldn't recommend companies using this collection agent. Their customer service doesn't encourage customers to be encouraged in paying their dues. It only aggravates customers and causes more issues with non compliance. Thank you!

Company has no business being in collections, not even up to date on statute of limitations, and no attorney will ever take a call. know your rights! look up the statute of limitations on medical debts in your state!

Sarah is AWFUL! I've never had such a hard time TRYING TO SETTLE A DEBT! She wouldn't forward me information I requested. She would give me a timeline on anything! She was very sterile in her demeanor and not at all informative or helpful! Glad this whole ordeal is soon to be over!

Never answer the phone until 30 minutes on hold, do not take our monthly payment like they say and the send garnishment paypers to us when they mess up also the lady just hung up on me and was very rude I'm really thinking bof getting a lawyer to deal with these people it is totally out of line the way they treat us

Needs a lot of work. CANNOT use a debit card for payments unless you're paying over $250 but attorney wont tell you that at court. Won't set up account per court agreement until after you call and can't tell you why it wasn't taken care of before that.

It is very difficult to reach anyone by telephone and I have currently been on hold for 16.28 minutes. I'm writing this review while on hold.

i received small claims summons and immediately called them. They settled with a monthly payment and terms starting next month. I tried to call today to make a payment and their office is closed. Also when I tried to make a payment on line it would not let me choose an amount lower. I will try tomorrow.

Have tried on several occasions to talk to them to make payments but no one will speak to me. My attorney calls and they send to voice mail and will not return calls. How are you suppose to take care of business with people like this.

I've delt with a lot of collection agencies, and law firms. By far this was the best company to assist me with my matter. Thank y'all for treating me like a human, answering the phone in a timely manner, and handling my case in a timely matter. Let me not forget the MONEY y'all sent back quickly. The absolute worst company to deal with. Refusing payments when they never even sent paperwork. Disgusting exploitation.

My husband has been sent to small claims through this company and the name on the small claims is not even his name they just added aka and his real name! I have tried to merge him to a conference call and have been hung up on 3 times!!!!! I have even waited on hold for an hour! This is ridiculous! We are trying to settle this and get proof it is his medical bill and it has been a huge freaking headache!

Your given information to make payments. Then you find out your form of payment isn t acceptable then they take you back to court for garnishment when it s their f$&@ up

Called after receiving the papers saying I owed on a medical bill was on hold and line dropped 3 times before I finally got to someone. Got online payment set up to pay monthly, but when I went to pay them the agreed upon monthly payment wasn't able to be paid. Got garnishment papers and when I called to see what happened the person I talked to was extremely rude and kept cutting me off and told me that even though THEY didn't finish things on their end for me to do monthly payments, there is nothing she can do

The new website is ridiculous and so is your interest fees. Absurd that someone can be charged what you people charge ON TOP of whatever they owe.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. I received a garnishment order, okay that's fine. 2 months later I receive a Statement Judgment with a reduced amount that specified that the total included costs and attorney fees I read from both documents that I received in the mail to inquire how I would be reimbursed for overpayment, the associate Sarah talked in circles, placed me on hold for an ridiculous amount of time. She rudely told me she went over this with me enough times, I asked to speak with management she said she was not doing that. I said I'll call until I do reach a manager, called and she answered again. She is extremely rude and makes a bad impression on the entire business she is working for.

I received a letter from their office which about a employee of mine, however I don't know the person on this form. I thought I would call the law office to report their mistake but after waiting on the phone for 20 minutes, being disconnected, recalling, being told they could not transfer me at this time, I gave up. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this firm.

I just read everyone else's review here, and it's the same exact story. We received a letter saying we owed for a medical bill. It also said we could request verification of the debt and they would mail us a copy of this. We thought we paid all of our creditors off, so we sent them a letter (Certified Mail Receipt- so they would have to sign for it and we would have verification they received it), asking for verification of charges. The letter was returned to us, not opened. It is apparent this company has some other activity going on, and is not interested in conducting a legitimate business.

This company is ridiculous. We have been paying every month on time for over a year. 1 month they received our payment late, not any fault of ours the payment was mailed and should have been received early, but even with proof they chose to continue with a garnishment. Lets not even get started with how long it takes to talk to one of there terrible customer service representatives who have such a disgusting tone when speaking to you. There are much better debt collection companies out there. BBB will be contacted as well. Also never trust to send them email proof because they always say they never receive it even though you will have proof it was sent.
