Our LV tilling had to be ordered and took three days. It's described as special order (don't know why) as would probably everything else that has to be ordered. Don't know if they will refund me the spare LVT!

I bought flooring for the whole downstairs of my home last year. After a little more than 12 months, it is badly marked all over and has expanded so much it is impossible to close the door to our study (this is despite us following all fitting and care instructions very carefully). I've always had laminate flooring before this and have never had an issue of any sort.

On this occasion, I wholeheartedly regret taking the risk on a supposedly more sustainable product. It cost me three times as much as normal laminate would have and now it will need to be removed and replaced. Definitely not a more sustainable choice if it has to be replaced annually!

We have just installed 750 metres of the Bamboo Engineered Carbonised/Natural Strand Woven to new build flats near London Bridge. I cannot fault the product, their service and professionalism. We had several deliveries direct to site and all arrived on time and offloaded quickly. We will definitely be using their products on future projects

Despite failure of logistic company on the initial delivery, member of staff from The Bamboo Company went extra mile to resolve the issues. The communication was great, bamboos arrived in healthy conditions and after sale advice was helpful. Overall, I am very impressed with the service. Highly recommended.

Was told again and again that this is a great floor for what we needed. Boasts huge garentuees.
Only after a few weeks there's huge scrape marks, deep ones at that. Even though they boast how strong and resilliant it is.
Their only reply is "we should put pads on all the furniture. Utterly rediculous.
Also, to add, to try and get the carpenter to blame the flooring, saying it was "damp", even though the old floors were there for years. Goes to show that this is a company with a very low standard. I'd avoid this company at all costs.

Really happy with this company from their impeccable service down to the product itself. My wife and I had an old carpet in our hallway and front room which was ruined by our unwell cat and just generally worn down. We decided to opt for a solid floor and the Bamboo Flooring Company offered just what we needed. It is a solid floor that would offer years of protection (twice as hard as oak ... my saw blade can vouch for this. As it is composed of bamboo, we are comfortable in knowing that the trees used were fast growing and therefore more sustainable than other hardwood alternatives. The finish is lovely and we feel it really compliments our front room and hallway.
Bamboo Flooring Company also offer a wide range of finishes and colours, as well as matching skirting, nosing and other essential accessories. Like I said I was really impressed with the service. Despite COVID pressures, the company delivered in quick time and even checked and picked up on errors in our order prior to dispatching. I wish all companies done this! The product is easy to lay, just make sure you do good preparation to the subfloor, i.e. make sure its level.
All in all I am really happy with this company. When it comes to using solid flooring I would definitely recommend Bamboo Flooring Company and I do plan to use them again in the future.

Brought some flooring from bamboo flooring for my living room a few years ago and still looks good. Getting some for the kitchen next! Good flooring and great helpful staff.

I like this flooring, it's strong, more sustainable and looks great (although beware of killer splinters). I would have given it 5 stars but during the fitting a reletively large amount of the planks we had from 100 msq were not the same width and out by a couple of millimeters. It doesn't sound much but added about 6 hrs work to the fitting job, meaning more house disruption and mess and a frustrated fitter who kept laying it down and having to take it up again.

I contacted customer services during the fit with photos of the issue but they didn't get back to me. After the fit I chased and customer service did offer to replace the odd ones but by that time I would have had to measure and package up a huge amount of offcuts and I couldn't face more work.

Even during the challenges raised by Covid-19 the Bamboo Flooring Company were able to supply all the stock required. The installation was delayed, but the Bamboo Flooring Company were able to store the flooring and all the kit required until a definitive date for its installation was created. The flooring was delivered at the correct time and all the staff were very helpful. It was a large order, but everything I had ordered was present. Any unopened excess was taken back to the company and a full refund was given immediately. All-in-all, an excellent service and I have no reservations in giving them a five-star review.

Brilliant, I ordered strand woven Bamboo in rustic for the whole of the downstairs. It was delivered quickly and the customer service from the team was great. The flooring Bamboo sell is of very high quality.
For local Leicester/East Midlands buyers, there is also a showroom which is a great place to visit and actually see what you're buying. Chris and the team give some great advice.

We have had it down for two days and the marks on the floor are ridiculous. It's supposed to super strong and better than oak. I have two small children and I'm going to have to continuously manage what they bring into the lounge and basically everything they do in order to keep the floor looking relatively ok.
Edit: after contacting customer service, Neil has been very accommodating so will try his recommendations.
It is a lovely floor and a lovely company. Maybe go for lighter colour flooring...

First met these guys at NEC home exhibition, samples looked great & was impressed with how durable Bamboo is as an alternative to oak. Travelled to Leicester showroom to order flooring & decided on grey colour, delivery & communication was great also called store on advice on fitting (we used our own fitter) store were brilliant really helpful. Our fitter boarded our floor first then used flexible adhesive with herringbone pattern finish, it looks brilliant! The grey colour has different shades in it therefore looks more natural. I have oak flooring in one of my other rooms however I plan to change to Bamboo as looks much better than oak & is harder wearing. I don t think you would beat the cost & service from Bamboo flooring would highly recommend

Been here twice now. On both occasions we received excellent, pressure free service and all of the advice we needed.

We had some bamboo flooring delivered earlier this week. The flooring it's self looks to be good quality, although we haven't laid it yet.

We did have a slight issue with delivery. The pallet is not a standard pallet, but much longer. The lorry it was delivered on wasn't suitable, with the rail lift bring too small. The driver initially told us he was unable to get the pallet off the truck as the tail lift was too small and the pallet mover wasn't able to move the pallet. he was unable to move the pallet and swing it around to get it off the truck. Luckily one of the struts on the pallet broke and he was then able to move the pallet. It still took a long time and some pushing from us to get the pallet in a position that he could lower the tail lift. Had he been unable to get it off the lorry I would have been royally pissed off, having taken a days annual leave to accept the delivery.

The lorry driver told us this happens frequently with the bamboo flooring company. Please sort out the delivery process for future customers.

The bamboo flooring is a great option for wood flooring, and the service provided by the bamboo flooring company is fantastic, they are very knowledgable and can help decide the best option for you, the delivery service was very fast and efficient, the driver was more than willing to unload the floors into the desired rooms which was a massive help due to hunched back and artifical leg .

I will never buy anything from them. this priest is a liar, and he does not want to return my delivery orders. I paid 15 pounds for delivery that did not come.

Typical salesman over selling their product, this product is not suitable for concrete or screed floors or old houses in general. Made as cheaply as possible with maximum profit in mind, this is evident in the quality of the product. Customer service with issues is poor to say the least

Stick to engineered wood floors people!
