I corrected the vote after they treated me as a lord and solved the problem.

I bought one of their hoods in September 2017. For a few months it comes on its own even at night. I called the support for 25 days and have not yet been able to solve my problem. At each call they say they open a reminder but I do not think it is a company that is worth what is spent. (hood purchased value over 1000 ),

Here is the story in brief.
We bought a new kitchen and they installed a Faber hood which immediately turned out to be defective: the fans do not turn.
on July 27 Faber is contacted and assistance is opened, on August 4 I call to request the technical service but no one answers the phone, I contact Faber again who informs me that Faber requires 5 working days for a repair (6 had passed ... ). To date, no one has moved yet.
We have a new hood, paid for, not working, no assistance and no one at Faber takes care of the problem.

I cannot say anything about the quality of the product, never seen in operation as it is already defective from the factory.

Technical service is anything but a service.

Cannot find spare control board (FE025 - 403000141) for AXIA PLUS PRO. Request made to 2 service centers which then release the responsibility to the company in question. If it is not possible to find spare parts, I am forced to change the entire hood. Obviously opting for another brand and after months of waiting.

I needed the help of the SAT, but I found myself with the arrogance, lack of respect and empathy of the technical service of Spain. That I think was beyond the personal not to offer a professional technical service. Among other things, they wanted to pay 30 euros for a piece of plastic that is worth 4 euros. I hope you do not encounter technical problems in your bells, if so and you need spare parts I recommend you visit an Italian website that will save you more than 50% of what you ask here. You know Spain is different.
