Would highly recommend working with Tonja Showalter if you re a first time home buyer. She s very diligent, knowledge, and easy to work with. She ll explain absolutely anything that you have questions or concerns about.

We bought a house, we were told everything was gonna be ok with it, when we moved, the AC was not working, the washing machine is still not working (we need a replace) and the paint of the house is so damaged.

Amazing group of professionals. We were recommended Veronica at F&M mortgage when our local personal bank was unresponsive when we needed them most. From the first point of contact with Veronica, she was nothing short of awesome. They navigated us through the mortgage process, start to finish and answered absolutely every possible question or concern I threw their way. And the best part about it, they made it look easy! We were able to ratify a contract and close on the house in less than a month! Outstanding customer service from both Veronica and our UW Melanie and I will recommend them to everyone I know. We both bank through F&M so F&M Mortgage was our first choice. I had a couple other meetings set up with other banks, but cancelled right after meeting with Jon for the pre-approval! He drove to the Broadway branch just to accommodate us. Once everything went into underwriting we hit some speed bumps, bur Terri Morrison worked HARD to ensure we were able to get our first home and are closing tomorrow!
