We both bank through F&M so F&M Mortgage was our first choice. I had a couple other meetings set up with other banks, but cancelled right after meeting with Jon for the pre-approval! He drove to the Broadway branch just to accommodate us. Once everything went into underwriting we hit some speed bumps, bur Terri Morrison worked HARD to ensure we were able to get our first home and are closing tomorrow!
I have nothing but good things to say about Jon and Terri and cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work.
