FFT customer service an unforgettable experience !!! 320 euros of places for Roland Garros, no match because of the rain (that says better than last year when the players played 2h03min in the rain so as not to reimburse us).
We are informed that an email will be sent to us when the reimbursement service will be opened (phew 2 years in a row to pay for nothing it was starting to do a lot!). The problem is that we do not receive an email and therefore we are not aware of the very generous period of 3 weeks during the school holidays to be reimbursed.
Are you loyal customers unhappy? No matter! Customer service will reply that they will always have pigeons, sorry customers, to come and watch the games!
In short, you have been warned, I wish you that it won't rain in June 2018! I won't be there!
