Great place with nice atmosphere, the service is quick and friendly, the breakfast /brunch is very nice and the sweets are delicious and the portions are nice.

Although the kitchen was closed by the time I went, around 3:30 pm, I ate some magnificent salmon crepes and some balls with very good salmon and cheese. A juice of the day that could come fresh, but I didn't order ice either. To finish a slice of lemon meringue pie, a little too sweet. Very good atmosphere, with excellent music. Friendliness in care.

We waited too long, for a "toast" of ham, that is, a slice of toasted bread with cheese, tomato and ham ... 6 ..., I would not mind paying this amount, but for a toast. They justified saying that the kitchen was very serviceable and I, as a customer, had to know this? And put more employees? Summarize the amount of bananas they buy ... For several times, I purposely went for a banana smoothie as it was already 17 pm they had no stock ...
Lots of noise .... sadly ... we still do not know how to chat in these places ...

I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before coming to the restaurant. I confirm the delay (more than half an hour of waiting), especially uncomfortable when we are with a child.
When we asked about the delay, the person in charge was not the nicest person. As he had a full house, he must have thought he didn't need to be ... Place to avoid. There is much better in the area

The big draw to this cafe is the bread which is organic and made fresh in the premise. There s a lot of variety even to take home including Italian focaccia. The menu is creative and original. I like that they make their own jams and ricotta. Never tried a brunch or full meal here yet but will do whenever I am again in the area, the menu looks balanced and well crafted. The coffee is nice, also organic, but would have liked to know the origin of the beans and more such info, which is not provided.

The food has quality and is tasty. However customer service is appalling! We had 20 minutes waiting for the request. However they served the drinks right after order which made the food when the drinks arrived already cold! Employees disperse a lot ...

Bad customer service, unfriendly room clerk, wait time over 30m (snack), toast served cold and burnt. We asked to do another and they did not even deign to deplore it. It is the first time in my life that I make a negative comment. Unbelievable antipathy.

If you could put 0 stars, you would! Bad service ... I waited 15 minutes for a coffee to be served, with 5 employees and few customers to serve.

If what you want is to drive away customers, good job!

I agree to all the negative reviews. The only reason for me to avoid this place is the service. It's slow and the waiters are not nice.

Very nice and original. Maybe a little expensive. However, when ordering a coffee, in combination, as a hot drink, they should assume that it is served at the end, unless the customer explicitly asks that he wants to drink it in the middle: or else he will drink a cold coffee ... which would not be the objective at all. #reviewshonestos

Recently I heard about here and I visited there . We had limon tea with a very delicious cake, unfortunately they closed at 8 pm and we had to leave there in middle of our hot discussion with friends.

A very nice place with good food items. Prices are a bit much; but on pair with other places in Lisbon

Great options for eating, but with a poor service and very poorly oriented. I have been there several times and it is a pity for a fantastic space like this to be poorly managed and constantly changing staff.

Very long and disorganized service. Dysfunctional furniture, does not allow occupation and adequate use of space.

Too expensive for the service they offer. Very focused on brunch, the rest of the services falling far short. We ate two toasts, half a milk, a coffee and an avocado. 7.50. Only the two toasts (6 pieces) 4.40. We ordered with very little butter on one side, reinforced when they finished making them and when they arrived dripped with so much butter and a little burnt. Not to return, as it was the second attempt.

Friendliness of service but some disorganization. I was not impressed for the first visit. The space is well decorated.

I found the prices of our market, especially for its quality.

I tried the traditional brunch and pancakes with Nutella. Although it was all delicious (particularly the pancakes) I found it overpriced for the amount of food. The brunch buns did not even come whole (a bit stiff). The fact that it is an open room also makes you hear a lot of noise and you almost have to shout to listen. The service was relatively quick and very helpfull. I asked if they could change the cappuccino from the menu for water but they told me not to. I honestly think there are better sites!

She was an assiduous customer and she loved the space and the service. Lately the quality has decreased to the level of service

Excellent brunch, wonderful pancakes, extremely nice space and suitable for children, with changing diapers in the bathroom. Own manufacture and very careful and cool in organic products.

Do not miss it if you are in Lisbon I recommend this place for a rich and fresh breakfast without spending a fortune .... we went there every day ....

The food is good yes but the service is simply miserable .. I have never seen so much employee working so close together .. they mess up each other, zero sympathy, order in service does not exist .. it was not the first time I came here I gave the last opportunity ... a place never to return

Since I walked in until I left, 80 minutes have passed. During this time they managed to serve the drink.
1 hour after ordering pancakes I got up to pay for the juice, inform the management of the wait time and leave.
the manager accused me of harming the other customers by canceling my order and with all his ego, he was slow to apologize while other customers also got up to pay for drinks and leave and he said "I don't I'm talking to you ". Both myself and the other customers complained in the complaints book (which was very busy by the way). I also noticed that of the 6 or 8 staff members, there were only 1 staff member who was preparing and shipping crepes, pancakes, waffles and toast, clearly insufficient. It was clear that this site has a serious management problem and obviously I will not repeat. I give 2 stars because the staff still showed solidarity with the situation and spared no excuses!

Staff very incompetent. They have the menu disorganized and with 2h waiting.
The staff themselves did not know what the menus were. They exchanged orders and forgot what our "table" had asked for.
We had to show what was included, barely remembered before paying the bill.
They had no fresh drinks, like 1 beer or soda.
And they did not have the ingredients for the waffles that were on the menu.
Terrible experience. I do not recommend it, staff was awful.

Silly waiting times. Very table staff entertained to change clean dishes from one side to the other and professionals to avoid contact with the customer.

Yes, the Service is not good. Yes, sometimes you need to wait a long time for your orders to arrive. Yes, stuff is sometimes out of depth. BUT people are friendly and at least try to make their job. I've been there many times and last time I was there I ordered accidentally something with peanut and as I'm allergic, I could not eat it. My fault. But they changed my dish without charging me anything. And now there's the point:
The pastry, the cake and especially the bread are extraordinarily! Really, really amazing! It's more than worth waiting for it! :-)

There are several things going wrong in this restaurant (and I've given you several chances before writing this review, but you can not not):
- The attendance is manifestly bad, the employees are inefficient, slow and unfamiliar with the letter;
- The kitchen is very slow, it is unacceptable to stay for one hour waiting for any of the dishes on the menu (this letter is always the same so there is clearly a problem of running the dishes or supplying the kitchen);
- Attention to the customer and their needs is nil.

And this summary that I sponge here is the accumulation of several situations that occurred of the several times that I went to this restaurant, having been the drop of water the following situation:
- Entering the restaurant and only 10 minutes after the employee had us sitting this same employee inform us that the pizzeria component was closed (not even the letter had come to us), and taking into account that at lunch most of the people in this area have ONE hour of lunch already 10 minutes of my lunch hour had passed, I even wanted to order a pizza I preferred to stay and ask for something else;
- My request took 50 minutes from the employee pointed out until he arrived at the table (and after asking the employee sometimes about the slowness of the same) and we are talking about ravioli, not a complex dish;
"My dish was literally empty, I confess I've never been so poorly served in terms of expectation versus reality as to the amount of food served. Basically I should have left the restaurant and gone to lunch somewhere else, but my lunch hour had already passed.
- I questioned the employee about the amount of food served to me and the answer I got was "that's the amount they serve" point, without any attention to the point that was being questioned.

By way of conclusion: I do not recommend it.

To repeat without a doubt!

Waiting for a simple toast with "a lot of bread" little covering almost an hour. The staff is moving slow and chewing bubble gum, we 3 persons - were here for the second time and really the last time :( (it is poor service and too expensive and not good. There are more guests complained today. Unfortunately the restaurant is nicely decorated and modern.

Deliciously fresh and quality ingredients, expect a wait but good things come to those who wait!!

Went to this restuarant twice during our stay in Lisbon. Very tasty food and great service.

Exquisite all. From lattes, to brunch with all, scrambled eggs, black beans. All very rich.
