Clueless millennial waiters, just pretty boys trying to look intelligent. No-one has bothered to train or motivate them. The worst smoothies we have drank ever, carelessly prepared.

Super fast service and very fresh products !! Place with very simple decor but at the same time very cool. A little pricey but it was worth it. Ideal for brunch.

Asked full coffee handed me a short and when I asked for the full coffee, as well as an eye roll, come to the machine and filled the cup with coffee (dirty water) of the handle remains that it already was.

It might be a matter of luck! When I went to this place, the waiting time was moderate, taking into account the reduced number of customers. I had to take a closer look at the employees so that they could live with me ... It made up for the wait

Good place to have brunch, although the service was a bit slow, and it wasn't that busy. It can get very busy, so might as well reserve a table before.

Very good coffee, juice and pastries. They make drawings on the froth of coffee with milk., Some very elaborate. Good price and nice treatment.

The cakes are good, however a bit heavy.

The place is nice, not great but far from terrible.

The waiters are a bit rude. It isn't the most active place it is quite calm for the location, which makes it hard to justify the waiters rush and impoliteness.

Too many employees and too little service.

Food was nice and staff pleasant but very disorganised. Waited almost an hour for eggs, they had been given to someone else by mistake. It took a further 20 minutes or so for the food to arrive. If we hadn't prepaid we would not have waited. You have to prepay if sitting outside.

They should update their holiday schedules on Google Map so customers don't come face to face

Lovely service and delicious food! I ordered scrambled eggs with pesto and a tomato salad - the portion was really generous and the food was yummy too, especially the sweet cherry tomatos with good quality olive oil. My friends got some sunny side up eggs and waffles afterwards, it all looked delicious. Besides the brunch menu, they also have a lunch menu which seemed really nice too!

Worst staff ever. This place should be a case study for troubled, rude people. Ignoring that big detail the food is not great and the prices are too high for the poor quality. Stay away!

Nice place. Nice food.
The service takes too long. The person sits and waits 10-15 minutes to be met.

Bad service. Took over 45mins for the food to arrive. Coffee and tea were not delivered up until about 40mins in. To top it off there was a misunderstanding about the order and we were accused of being the ones at fault. Never had this happen to me, anywhere. Surely, customer service is not something they care about.

Waste of my time. After waiting 20 mins for 2 Cappuccino s, only one was served, with the excuse being the other cappuccino was on another order Once the 2nd Cappuccino arrived, was told to pay extra for it!! At that point we declined and we weren t given our money back. Overpriced and bad service. Avoid at all costs, especially as Lisbon has so many great coffee places that serve well and better priced. Such a shame i picked the wrong one...

The product remains good, but the service and the service do not make anyone want to return. The staff that works there does not have the slightest desire to be there or to be with people.

Terrible! About two years ago I went to this place ... it was afternoon afternoon, 4 people .. We were 25 minutes to be served. Until today it holds the record of waiting time (I emphasize that they were empty). Today I came back and made a simple order: half Clarinha milk (Clarinha said twice) and an Almond croissant. Prepaid service, great croissant, half of dark milk like the night .. And I don t even comment that the employee asked me what I was going to drink twice after I said what I wanted .. I finished the croissant and decided to try another cake .. I should have brought the drink with me, because when I looked at the employee I had already taken the milk sock off the table .. If you ask me anything .. The funny thing is that if the service is prepaid at the counter, and I'm going to the counter in order to go to the door, maybe it would consume more .. To regret these owners who invest fortunes in spaces, and zero in the employees and their quality. Poor service.

The space is nice. What stands out here is the Factory's chocolate cake, one of the best chocolate cakes I've ever eaten so far!

We waited 20 minutes to have a half of milk, a scone and a crepe.
Food came cold at a high price.
Cozy atmosphere although always with noise from the machines.
They make a difference in prices for those who eat at the counter and those who eat at the table.

I ordered Gluten-free king cake for a Celiac and today, when I went to get it, they reported that the counter salesman didn't know they didn't make gluten-free king cake, maa yes, queen cake, but still, they didn't have queen cake like alternative. Place not to consider .Good Holidays!

Great Brunch, calm environment, ideal for families and groups of friends. They have high chairs for babies and also have a changing table (located outside the bathroom). They have a very good bakery with healthy options.
