I spend $170 a month for a unit that has a leaking...

I spend $170 a month for a unit that has a leaking pipe in the ceiling. That leaking pipe has caused BLACK MOLD to grow on my EXPENSIVE, HIGH VALUE, sentimental property! I might have to throw everything out! I ve used ez storage for years, because I thought they were the best . I gave corporate/management or whoever a week to reach out to me about this problem and guess what!! NOTHING!!!!!!!!

Poor Customer Service,

When you get a little behind, they tack an abundance amount of fees. In addition, they are not willing to work with you, despite your circumstances.

They administer poor customer service, inflexible, and extremely pessimistic regarding your circumstances.

You might want to shop around a little more.

What can I say...the South Bowie, MD location gave...

What can I say...the South Bowie, MD location gave me the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Jesse and Alicia made me feel at ease from the time I was greeted (warmest "good morning" ever) and from the time I left, which was hard to do because they made me feel so welcomed that I didn't want to leave but I had to go to work ;o)!! I got a great deal on two units and saved $$ because of the specials they were running so all in all I received A+ customer service and saved money...what more could a new customer ask for ;o)?!? I'll definitely be writing a letter to headquarters because these two ROCKED!! Thanks again, Jesse and Alicia...I will never forget you two and I will be back to say hello, as promised ;o)!!!

One of the worst storage facility I have ever had ...

One of the worst storage facility I have ever had to deal with. Five months after I move my RV and they were still charging my bank account.
They offer to pay me back for one month.
this is BS you owe me $350.00 and you want to pay me $70.00 what kind of business do you run.
Don't even think to rent from these guys. They are a bunch of thieves.

We are very disappointed with the excessive fees/p...

We are very disappointed with the excessive fees/penalties that were added to our account. This was done with NO communication from the rental office - NO email or phone calls whatsoever. This seems to be highly unethical behaviour. The person we contacted was not helpful. Is there a corporate supervisor that can help us?

P.S. To everyone who wants to rent there - be careful and read all the fine print before hand. Or you will be shocked!

DM or area manager Tina refused to give her last...

DM or area manager Tina refused to give her last name was the NASTIEST business person I ve ever come in contact with! She yelled & belittled me over the phone. I have ever in my life been treated in the ways I experienced today. She was extremely belligerent & irate! I will never use this facility again. This is my SECOND stay with them & they will no longer get my business. DO NOT RENT WITH EZ STORAGE!!! Bad business.

For a company who's philosophy is all about custom...

For a company who's philosophy is all about customer care, I received very poor customer care from the district office. The regional managers, on the other hand, did practice the company philosophy and were very helpful. It is sad to see the company philosophy is not practiced throughout the entire company.
