Customer Service is a complete joke the software puts in erroneous
date of birth along with home characteristics to my carriers. This has been reported multiple time. Technical Support refuses to even look into the issues and is a complete waste of time contacting them. At this point I am quoting blind.
EZLynx- the only software you need to run your agency. It s an AMS, Marketing Tool, Accounting, Reports, Retention, Sales. Automation. It truly is EZ and the support is amazing! Highly recommend making EZlynx your go to system
Good work culture. Work on insurance based software for agents and carriers.
WARNING: I'm so tired of trying to get our issues resolved with support, being told they are fixed and they are still not!! A month ago we stopped being able to find policies BY THE PROPERTY ADDRESS and they have been working on it ever since. The loss of this basic functionality is making day-to-day tasks much more time consuming and frustrating. I SO regret switching over to this management system. The conversion was a joke. They withhold basic reporting functionality to make it hard for you to do certain processes without adding another module (which of course you have to pay more for). These are just a few of the issues we've dealt with in the past year since we started using them. It's too late for us, but save yourself... keep shopping for another management system.
We use Ezlynx for our comparative rater & recently used them to build us a brand new website. They are & were excellent for both. They were very responsive building our website, answered all my questions very quickly and built an exceptional website for a great price. Have always been happy with their level of service & quick response
I wouldn't recommend using them for your insurance management system. It's impossible to get actual support from a human from them. The only thing they can do is direct you to training videos and manuals.
I can't say enough about EZ Lynx and their team of professionals that support my agency. The forward-thinking culture they embrace is always pushing the envelope in technology for independent agencies. Our reps Julia and Damien have both been incredible resources. We are excited to learn even more to boost our success at the 2018 conference!
I love using EZLynx for work. Makes quoting so easy (EZ)! Overall, they have given us fairly good service and we're looking forward to adding more features to our account. My only complaint is with one customer service rep (who may be our account manager). She has had a terrible attitude and almost blames us for not knowing the ins and outs of their system. Both my coworkers and I have experienced this, so I'm sure others have complained. I wouldn't let this one bad apple spoil the bunch. EZLynx is a great tool for all agents
We've used EZLynx for their management system and comparative rater for years. They are the easiest AMS our agency has ever used and the support is fantastic. They are constantly improving their system with new features. I would recommend them to any agency!
Rating and AMS are full.of flaws. Horrible customer service. They roll out new updates without beta testing. They were a better company 10 years ago.
