Place is best, not only in Surat but may be all across the india. ( Not comparing with infy or tcs, especially talking about other bootstrapping companies which are contemporary to eZee)

Management is damn good, always working with ground level employees and addressing their concerns.

After recent acquisitions and hefty funding, its definitely anticipated to achieve new milestones and scour various cutting edge tech.

Company has long way to go, until gets listed on "wall street".

What we had taken us years looking for and being a...

What we had taken us years looking for and being asked to pay enormously took less than three days to set up. The technicians were very helpful and are readily available. Furthermore we now have everything easily accessible and even staff with little computer knowledge easily understand the system.
We have no reason to think otherwise. Thanks team eZee.

Worst experience ever. Their HR department is worst and kind of "Unprofessional", i was went for job interview and the interviewers wasn't even intrested to ask my full name. They were literally using phone while I was talking about myself and job profile. I can guess if HR department is creepy I can't even imagine whole atmosphere about company. They even don't care to interviewing for new candidate for seeking job. They even didn't took my resume for their purpose, infact they hand over my resume back to me. They were using phones their head was literally in phone I don't know perhaps they were playing games. This one guy was asking me dumb questions he was very rude too, don't know how to behave in front of job seekers. Manager wasn't even in office chamber, I felt like I just wasted my time and money.

I would have rated 0 It was also assumed that this ratings are paid for sure.

Though it is big company , they don`t work with professionalism.

My sister was terminated after working 5 months in this company. And her performance was good according to team leader.

Not only her but around 12 people are terminated and without any prior notice period.

In short, first they hire peoples and after completion of project they terminates them.

They don`t have strong reason for termination and even their Hr not replying any one us.

As a young hotelier, eZee was very helpful to me right from the very start. Their staff are very attentive and responsive in helping me with setting up our systems and etc. Even going as far as to correct mistakes made by a third party.

Ramu is the employee assigned to Maldivian small scale hotels, and he is very helpful and professional with everything.

HOTELIERS BE CAREFUL OF THIRD PARTY OTA MANAGEMENT COMPANIES: There is a practise where the 'OTA Management' company likes to over complicate everything as much as possible so that you have no proper control over your property and make themselves look like they are doing a lot of work. Then they charge something completely egregious like 8% of all OTA bookings after aggressively pushing a contract to be signed by you.

Simple and correct = best way to do it.
Think of why Steve Jobs had just one elegant outfit for work and outside.

There is beauty in minimalism and simplicity.

The hotelier should have maximum control of their online presence and such as to properly reflect what the hotel is. (ie: an extremely formal welcome template message at a family run warm welcoming hotel is not going well together)

eZee is a forward thinking company that helps you try to get direct bookings as well. They helped me setup a website for free for using their eZee Absolute, eZee Centrix and other service.

Hoteliers are slowly learning of the dangers of depending on OTAs, including rate parity nightmares, false advertising and 'booking.basic' and other miscellaneous things.

I have nothing but great things to say of this company, eZee.

Our experience with Jay today was very good. Unfortunately, we had reported our issue seven days ago; and the staff was not able to make the changes necessary to make the correction needed. Once Jay took over the issue was solved in a very timely manner.
