As a young hotelier, eZee was very helpful to me right from the very start. Their staff are very attentive and responsive in helping me with setting up our systems and etc. Even going as far as to correct mistakes made by a third party.

Ramu is the employee assigned to Maldivian small scale hotels, and he is very helpful and professional with everything.

HOTELIERS BE CAREFUL OF THIRD PARTY OTA MANAGEMENT COMPANIES: There is a practise where the 'OTA Management' company likes to over complicate everything as much as possible so that you have no proper control over your property and make themselves look like they are doing a lot of work. Then they charge something completely egregious like 8% of all OTA bookings after aggressively pushing a contract to be signed by you.

Simple and correct = best way to do it.
Think of why Steve Jobs had just one elegant outfit for work and outside.

There is beauty in minimalism and simplicity.

The hotelier should have maximum control of their online presence and such as to properly reflect what the hotel is. (ie: an extremely formal welcome template message at a family run warm welcoming hotel is not going well together)

eZee is a forward thinking company that helps you try to get direct bookings as well. They helped me setup a website for free for using their eZee Absolute, eZee Centrix and other service.

Hoteliers are slowly learning of the dangers of depending on OTAs, including rate parity nightmares, false advertising and 'booking.basic' and other miscellaneous things.

I have nothing but great things to say of this company, eZee.
