As a digital agency, our internet and phone system is business critical, we trusted Eze Talk to handle this for us and we've never been let down. The personal one-to-one service is fantastic and quite unique in the industry. Highly reccomended.

This company appears to have a policy of never to call back. I have been trying to resolve why my 1571 voicemail is no longer available. No explanation received and nearly two weeks on after 6 phone calls, all promising to phone back, I still have no service. Customer service is non existent. All from a company that boasts to be at the cutting edge of technology ! Sales manager, Stuart Whelan, and Jane Bibbey, Operations manager, surely it is not in the interests of your company to fail your customers in this way.

Not the cheapest provider but you feel like they treat you as a 'person' when you deal with them. Having had a few line issues (not eze talks fault) they faults where easily reported to an English speaking UK based operator and passed through to oprnreach very quickly. Eze talk even called back to make sure the fault was satisfactorily resolved.

My mum wanted to take her home phone number with h...

My mum wanted to take her home phone number with her when she had to move out of her home. We set this up three weeks before and checked a number of times leading up to the move that this was still ok. She moved on the 15th December. She is elderly and has no other form of communication. We are still waiting for the phone line to work. There was a phone line at her new house already so no major works were involved. 8 days later and still nothing. I have phoned twice a day every day and I am promised call backs , I have been told that emails have been sent to supervisors I have been told that they won't go home until they have got an update for me . We are on this blah blah blah. Not once have I received a call.
Disgraceful
